We had a wonderful week in this lovely vacation home! It was a family vacation which included my husband and I, our three children and two son-in-laws and four grandchildren (5 and under). The house easily accommodated all of us. We arrived to find a very thoughtful (and practical) welcome gift. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals, with ample dishes and utensils for a large group. The dining room had a table that easily accommodated us all, complete with a high chair. The second refrigerator and two washers and dryers were also great perks. The large private yard was perfect for games and family fun. There were several dining table outside as well, which we utilized for outside dining. The children loved showering outside and we all appreciated that convenience. The outside gas grill was also a plus. As the passes to the local town beach were no longer available this season, we obtained two RI state beach passes prior to our stay (senior pass was only $30!) and drove to Scarborough Beach every day (about 7 miles away) which was a gorgeous beach. All in all, this house was a wonderful spot for our family vacation.

We loved staying at the house. Great weather, large yard, and lots of room for everyone. The house was well stocked and thought of everything!

We had family ages 4 to 79.5, 18 people one night and had plenty of socializing space and sleeping space. The property was amazing. Fenced in back yard and the landscaping superb. Everything was there for cooking. The firestick and all the tvs were a plus.. There is a cabana for the beach, beach, chairs, toys for the tots. We were never so comfortable in beach houses in the past as this. There was a 5 minute drive to the town beach, but we knew that when we rented it. 10 beach passes were included, which was a great plus. And there was an Extra special surprise when we checked in. It was a perfect week. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home with my family.

This was a family beach week for my four adult children and their families! We had 9 adults and 4 children under 4! House was beautiful and spacious and property managers were very attentive. We brought a kiddie pool for the kids in the afternoon and spent mornings at the beach!

As far as vacation rentals go, this one was perfect for my extended family. The house had great spaces to gather (indoor and outdoor) while also having plenty of space to retreat to for some individual rest and relaxation. The location was excellent and the neighborhood pleasant. The house was great for all ages (kids through grandparents). Management was highly communicative and took care of every request timely.

My family has vacationed in Rhode Island for nearly 30 years, staying in various locations. This year we decided to go back to Narragansett. The location of the house was convenient as it seemed really centrally located (20 mins to jamestown beaches and 30 mins to Middletown/Newport beaches). But the house itself didn’t meet our expectations. It met our needs, but there was nothing special about it which is something our family loves when we go to Rhode Island. It’s a home away from home. But this house just didn’t do that for us. Upon arrival we walked into the entry that was packed with large black bags with bath towels and linens. We had to make our own beds and set up all the bathrooms. This is something we’ve never had to do in the past. The linens were scratchy and towels were lacking. There were no dish towels or beach towels and the bath towels were minimal. Thankfully when we text the property management company, they had more bath towels sent over and included beach towels, as well. While setting up our rooms, we also did not think the cleanliness was acceptable. It is a large home but it is very minimal so we certainly believed there should have been more attention to detail. One bedroom had numerous toe nail clippings on the ground, bathrooms with hair around the toilet, shower drains slow due to hair build up, the laundry room fridge not cleaned, and crumbs in the couches. Lastly, the oven didn’t work well. At the end of it all, the house was fine and for the large group we had, the price was just right. Best part of the house was definitely the outdoor space. So if you’re looking for a large gathering place that is conveniently located, this place is for you. But don’t expect special touches or to feel quite at home…

My family and I had an amazing vacation! This property had everything you would need!! The house was spotless, beds were very comfortable, and the communication with the owners was perfect. They included daily beach passes which was nice, only thing that would of been even better was parking passes, those were not included so someone always had to drop off. There was more than enough room for our family! Thank you 😃
