Everything about this cottage was wonderfull, the position walking distance to town. The cottage was very welcoming and well presented, all amenities provided. The fireplace was easily enough to warm the house against the cold weather, and the new fire-pit in the yard was great to sit around with a wine and contemplate the view over Quart Pot Creek of an afternoon. Can absolutely recommend this cottage!

Spacious cottage neatly kept and very clean. Great location close to town and public pool, with open views across parkland and the waterway. It was just over the fence to walking tracks running through the parkland adjacent to the water.

The property was easy to locate and close to all main parts of Stanthorpe. The off street parking was also good as it had undercover options. The property was well presented and had good kitchen facilities and utensils.
There were no instructions emailed to me about checking in. When I advised time of arrival it was accepted but when arriving at the property there was nobody to meet us or any communication at all other than acceptance of the time. I called using a number provided on the booking and was told that we then had to drive to another location several blocks away to collect the keys. Then on check out we had to take the keys to another/different business location for drop off. While this was managed by us once we knew, this is substandard when compared to other properties we have stayed in around the world.

Totally beyond any one's control but there was work to close the street off early sun morning right out the front of our cottage for a fun run which woke us up

The cottage was set out like a home away from home. It was beautifully decorated and the wood fire gave it a welcoming ambience. We were looking for some time away, to relax and Creekview Cottage delivered.
We would have liked to have an Internet connection. The owners have provided a 'smart' television and then no ability to utilise its functionality.

Beautiful cottage located a few hundred meters from the main street in Stanthorpe. Everything we needed for our two night stay was available at the cottage e.g. firewood, basic pantry needs as well as a folder containing recommendations for local restaurants and tourist attractions.
Would happily stay again.
No Wi-Fi which was unexpected given this is quite standard at most stays. Found the "smart" TV difficult to operate and we were unable to utilize on-line functions even when using hot spot.
