This property was truly a home away from home! The perfect “home base” that was close to the beach and allowed for my family to enjoy their time in VA beach.

Our family was very pleased with this condo. It was very close to the beach, and the trolley stop. Everyone we encountered in the building was very friendly. We have no complaints.

Condo was so nice, just as listed. Close to beach and boardwalk. It is located on first floor with easy access to pool! It was perfect for my grandson and I! Would differently rent again!

Kevin’s place was perfect for our family! We traveled to the area for our daughter’s dance competition but we also had some time to enjoy the beach too which was great! We would definitely stay here again!

The property is on the first floor and very close to the pool. The balcony was so appreciated as we hung our wet bathing suits and towels out there on a drying rack. We felt very safe both at the condo and walking around Virginia Beach. Loved having Harris Teeter so close. Beach was a 4 minute walk away. Water tasted great. Beds were all comfortable. We did bring blackout curtains for both bedrooms and just swapped them for the curtains that were there during our stay and that helped keep our rooms cool during the day and also helped us sleep in. Kitchen was very well stocked but would benefit from a pizza cutter. Baking pans are stored in the oven so check before preheating! Air conditioning worked great, water pressure was fine even with both showers being used. We loved having a washer and dryer. We rented our linens from Washed- we rented one king sheet set, one full sheet set and one twin sheet set plus four sets of towels (each set was one bath towel, one hand towel and one washcloth) and the total was $88 for the week (they delivered and picked up!). We thought that was super reasonable and it definitely saved packing space. All in all, we deemed this one of the best condos we have stayed in and would definitely return! Highly recommend!

The property was exactly as stated in the description. Very cozy, modern property. Close to the shore, restaurants, and shops.

I haven’t been to Virginia Beach in 25 yrs. This location was perfect as it’s close to everything but set back in a quiet area. Communication with the owner was seamless, as was our check-in procedure. We had traveled overnight and arrived early. The owner allowed us to use the parking pass and head to the beach. We were notified as soon as the place was clean and ready to go. Great experience!

Kevin's place was the perfect location to enjoy Virginia Beach. It was 2 blocks away, making it quiet for relaxing, but close enough to walk over to the beach very easily. Everything was as advertised and it was very clean. There were plenty of kitchen items to make cooking possible and lots of games and toys for the kids to play with. I'd stay here again if in the area.

Couple of block to the beach. Parking spots available for two cars. Safe neighborhood. Two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. Guest bathroom a little tight but works. Overall space was good with everything we needed. Only oddity was you had to bring your own sheets and towels.

Property was clean, outstanding location, comfortable, well appointed, and host communicated timely with any new information. Enjoyed our stay.

Would stay again. Pack n play was a nice touch.

The whole rental process was wonderful. The property was clean and neat when we arrived. I had some minor things come up and I contacted the property owners and they responded very quick and took care of the problem the same day.

Our stay was great. We try to stay here when we come in town for a wrestling tournament every year.

Unit was clean and close walk to beach. There were inconsistencies with the check in/out times according to the information in the unit vs what our confirmation email stated. Windows were unlocked but we didn't notice until after our first night and Curtains covering the entire window would be nice. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

This was our first big getaway as a family of 5- and our 1,3, and 5 year olds had a blast! The condo is maybe 2 short blocks from beach access and the roads are kind of busy to cross, but we did it several times with no issues(we took our wagon a few times). There is a grocery store literally next door and it has a Starbucks which was perfect! The condo was cute and seemed cared for- I went over the major touch areas with cleaner when we arrived and the wipes didn’t show any dirt build up coming off which was nice. There were a few places that had been missed on the cleaning I think, but they weren’t deal breakers and overall we were very pleased! We didn’t use the kitchen for anything other than sandwiches, cereal, and fruit, but everything a person would need is there. Also, there was a pack and play on site which could have saved us some space while packing! Owner was super accommodating with check in and quick to respond to messages. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!!

When I booked our vacation (4 months prior) I had mentioned that we would be celebrating my daughters first birthday during our stay. When we arrived there was a happy birthday banner hanging above the table. I thought that was a very nice touch and says a lot about the owner to remember and include something like that!

This was the perfect location for my daughters dance competition at the convention center. Just a short drive to the convention center and a short walk to the beach. There is a busy road you have to cross the get to the beach, which I would not have liked when my kids were younger but it was fine for my 11, 14 and 15 year old. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved this location! We were close to everything and the property was very comfortable and clean. We would recommend this place to anyone!

I booked this so I could meet my daughter and granddaughter who happened to be in Virginia Beach for the weekend. Kevin was very accommodating with me getting in early from traveling so that was great. The only complaints - there was construction or something going on all day Sunday which was a little annoying but other than that it was a good location for our needs. Water pressure was a bit lacking when 2 people were showering but other than those things great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay and it was very convenient to do allot of thing. We had our grandkid’s with us some of the time and they really enjoyed themselves. We would surely stay here again. Thanks Kevin and Stacey

Very convenient location! Walking distance to the Oceanfront, restaurants and beach. The grocery store is right next door! Having 2 parking spots was fantastic. The condo is clean & just like the photos. The building is very quiet. We were there in November which is windy & cold, but the condo was nice and warm!

The property was wonderful! It was clean and in a great location. Would recommend to anyone!

Kitchen was well equipped. Place was clean and nice. Perfect for us and 2 kids. Can’t get a better location. A block and half from the ocean, across the street from Harris Teeter. We walked everywhere we went, except for to Top Golf. This was our first visit to VA beach and we will return and stay here. Thank you for the great memories!!

Excellent rental. Property was very clean and close to the ocean/shopping/dining and easy access to all adventures. Felt safe and secure. Hidden treasure is the bakery next to the parking lot. Only drawback was the person sitting outside morning and night smoking weed and drinking beer. Nobody answered in the office to voice our concern. Excellent all around stay. Highly recommend when visiting VA Beach! Great communication from the owner as well while we were there.
