This condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and stocked. I would stay here again. Location is great too.

Washer/Dryer in unit was so nice. 5 teenagers - we all loved the hot tub. So much space!

David is a pleasure doing business with! We absolutely love staying at his properties every single year and will continue! He's prompt if there's any issues, and always makes you feel welcome! Beautiful condos, and amazing prices! Up to date furniture that is modern and clean! You can't go wrong booking with coastal vibe vacations!

We loved staying 7 nights in this condo. Couldn't have asked for a better place. The check in/check out process was so easy. We lived in the lazy river and pool area. Would love to stay again next time we visit Destin area.

Great condo for the family! Destin West is a convenient location with so much to do, we needed more time! Loved the condo; clean, well stocked and right next to the lazy river. Really, it was a very comfortable stay and would live to go back. All the communication was thorough, helpful and instructions easy to follow.

This was a great place for a family vacation. Lots of room for everyone and a great resort. From ease of booking and great communication with instructions for check in, so hassle free. Our entire group just loved this unit and our vacation to Destin. We highly recommend!

David and his team were tremendous! The condo was immaculate and David was never more than a phone call or text away. Great communication and he made everything so easy. I can’t tell you enough how much we appreciate everything. We will definitely be back!

Perfect rental! Equipped with everything you would need for your stay! Very clean! The location is also perfect with several restaurants options within walking distance of the resort!

Loved the Lanai condo. We spend lots of time at the lazy river so it was perfect for us! Very nice and very spacious condo!!

My family and I enjoyed the location and the condo. The lazy river was nice. It is about a 7 minute walk to the beach on a bridge over a highway, but not bad. I am giving 3 stars because my mother tripped on the ledge where the sliding door is and fractured her knee. It really is a nuisance, so just be aware of that.

We enjoyed our stay at Heron L-06. Condo was very clean and spacious, plenty of room for everyone to hangout. Excited to come back in July and we have booked the exact same unit because we loved it so much!!!

Excellent communication, clear instructions, nice people, hot tub was a great bonus. Very pleasant stay with zero issues.

This condo is large and has everything you would need for a beach vacation! Great location, fully stocked, could use a deep clean, but overall great!

We had a wonderful vacation! We have stayed at Destin west for 10 years now and this is the first time we have stayed in this unit by coastal vibe vacations! It was great. The unit was even better then pictures! Very clean! Very comfortable & the bottom floor was super convenient! We will be booking with coastal vibe for our future trips! We have zero complaints!

We had the most wonderful time at the Heron L-06. The condo was just amazing and we enjoyed the lazy river and the Bay Area. The people we spoke to were very polite and responded promptly to any questions we had. We will definitely book with them again and again!!! Did I mention we were from Oklahoma, Mississippi , and Texas.

This condo was perfect for our party of ten. Very clean, well stocked and the location was perfect! I would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at the Destin West Beach and Bayside Resort for three years in a row now. This was our first time staying in this room. We have always stayed in a Lanai unit, which in our opinion is the best option. We have stayed in Sandpiper, and Pelican Lanai’s previously, but they didn’t have their own private hot tub. This was great for coming back from the pool and getting in after the pools closed, and also for my kids to get in and splash around without fearing they would splash someone else in the public one. The room was actually much larger than we had anticipated, previously staying in other Lanai’s, it was almost double the size (we felt). The room with the bunk beds had what appeared to be memory foam mattresses, which were VERY comfortable. We love staying on the bayside, as it has easy access to the lazy river and pools, and then is a short walk over to the beach on a covered bridge over the highway. One secret we did find this year, that we didn’t know about other years, was that the pool back by the Heron building is heated! None of the other pools, to our knowledge, were. We actually found this out on the last day of our stay and hung out there all day! We have multiple friends who come to this resort for their family vacations and we all say the same thing, you just can’t beat the Destin West Beach and Bayside Reoart, and we will definitely be back to this room!

The pools and lazy river were ideal. The Bridge across the main road simplified access to the beach and boardwalk/ Pier. Lots of things to do within a short drive. We will be back.

We had originally booked this unit back in May - with Covid we were unable to keep that date. But David Jenn (Coastal Vibe Vacations) extended our booking - which he did not have to do as we didn't purchase trip insurance and we were only a couple weeks out. My big thanks for that. The end of September we were getting quiet stir crazy and our Son and family said "lets just do it". So we drove there on Oct 24th and enjoyed an absolute wonderful week. There were six of us which included two of our grandchildren ages 4 and 1 1/2 - Heron L-06 was just perfect for us. Our granddaughter (4) was so overtaken by the bunk beds - She loved to sleep on top - The lazy river and pools were just awesome and so convenient with the bottom floor. We had stayed in the past twice in L-09 which is also another amazing unit with rooftop view. But with children I would recommend L06 - as you could walk right to the lazy river. I know we will be back again. My Daughter-in-law was ready to book right now... The weather was great and we had ocean time- pool time - went to the sand dunes and took family pictures - went to Fudpuckers to see the alligators This was the day Zeta was giving us some wind and the following day we had 2 red flags on the gulf side- so we had a pool/lazy river day - rented a pontoon boat (right next door) and of course found some dolphins. Spent some time on the pier and fed a few million birds - funny we saw one and gave him a cracker and it was like the invasion - Had so much fun. We asked our Granddaughter what her favorite thing was -- her reply was everything so then we asked her what her least would be -- "eating" I think she nailed our vacation review. Lets not forget the hot tub - which was great also. We were worried about Halloween and the kids missing trick or treating this year - but the Boardwalk across the bridge took care of that - it was set up amazing and the kids got to walk around like a parade and got so much candy and so many characters dressed up -they even had a pirate ship in the parking lot - then at 8 pm we walked over Alligator Bridge ( which our granddaughter(The Elevator Girl) named - which is the bridge to the gulf side to watch Fireworks. What a great fun Halloween celebration. So if I could give you more than 5 stars I would. The condo had everything you would need.

Such a beautiful condo! We sooo loved having our own private hot tub and a gas grill. Convenience to the lazy river was fabulous. Appreciated a very smooth and efficient check-in process - we will definitely be booking this condo again!
