Property was beautifully designed with plenty of plants. Staff were friendly.

There was a degree of manipulative advertising. You cannot see the ocean from the resort, there was no hot water due to the solar service, no massage as per the website, walls between rooms are thin so you can hear every conversation your neighbour is having. When asked about trips or options for activities, there was no assistance from staff in organising. Meal options were incredibly limited.

SeaTiki is a small quaint resort just off the Highway a little ways past Sigatoka. My family and I stayed as a pitstop on our drive towards Suva. The room was quite clean and very spacious. The pool is a decent size and good for a quick swim.

The wifi was to be paid for on the property and the moment we went the television was not working. The breakfast buffet only includes bread and coffee, all other items such ass eggs and sausages are an additional cost.

The staff were very friendly. The pool was very clean. Whilst the menu was not very wide it was decent food and well cooked. Cash recommended for dinner and drink purposes to avoid the surcharge. Very small property so easy to locate all amenities.

If you are a light sleeper, both eye mask and ear plugs are recommended. The windows have no curtains and there are animals that wake up early as well as the pool having no set hours, so other guests swim early/late. The pool is about 10m from any cabin. The night security guard was asleep the night got home late (about 11/11.30pm) even though we were assured that we could go to them at any time. The pool was very clean, however, very cold. Building works were also occurring at the time we were staying. Ants were everywhere in the shower and bathroom. There was no solve for this.

Fijian staff very friendly and helpful. Great location.

Network was not great, however the weather was rough. Perhaps better next time. However, the hospitality made us ignore all that. The rooms are clean, and excellent size. Shelly is beautiful and lovely!

The honeymoon suite was as described and overall, I liked the room.

1) The aircon in the room was not working 2) The jacuzi outdoors was abit dirty 3) The breakfast was too simplistic and there were too many flies at the breakfast area. 4) They only accept $50 cash as bond for the room. If you dont have cash, then you need to go and find a foreign exchange outlet and get FJD cash

The location, rooms were great. Breakfast was good but not enough for the guest. Ran short of milk, not refilled, even though we were told. Even baked bean finished, not enough for all. Cups and cutlery should be cleaned and replaced.

The room we were put in was not the room in the photos when we booked. Make sure you get the stand alone rooms or you may be kept awake by large families. The run down restaurant was only open for breakfast and limited dinner choices and there aren’t many other options close by. The wifi that costs $10FJD a day is not reliable.

The rooms are lovely and clean and the Juniour staff are friendly. The gardens are beautiful.

The manager was rude. On arrival there seemed to be a problem with our booking. He asked me to take a room with one less bed than we needed and to share a bed (3 travellers all single). There were only two other guests so this made no sense not to give us the room we booked and had paid for. The restaurant was advertised as open but was not. The only other nearby hotel had basic food. The only available internet is if you sit in the foyer away from your room and in public with loud music on all the time. The music was on at 5.30 am and was certainly not appreciated by the five guests who were all trying to sleep. Laundry facilities very expensive. The manager was rude again in person and also told me that he thought one of my groups was rude and described what he thought about each of us. Very unprofessional. I felt sorry for the staff who seems lovely and did their best to help us despite their boss. I would not recommend this place for a restful stay. Quite a taxi ride from town too. Beach here is covered in litter so not worth it as a resort stay. Room was very nice and clean. It could be a really good place but sadly not a happy place.

We enjoyed our stay at Seatiki, the staff were excellent very friendly, approachable and always smiling and welcoming. Excellent size resort, very peaceful easy access to transport. Prices very reasonable for the food, drinks and alcohol. Management and staff always checking on guest to see if they need assistant with transportation. Raj the manager arranged an excellent driver which we recommend Yoki to take us to Suva for a very cheap price for the day. Good and safe driver highly recommended. Breakfast was good, but some advice could be if you change the menu daily instead of having the same food every day. Suggestion to maybe make sure that you stock up the kitchen to make all food on the menu available. More of the local seasonal fruits is ideal. Having some night entertainment is a recommendation.
