The staff went above and beyond! After a very late arrival, the staff had prepared a plate of bread rolls tomatoes and cheese. Being greeted every morning by name by all the staff shows how much they care for their visitors to have a special holiday. Chef prepared a special birthday cake and all the staff sang the most beautiful birthday song. We look forward to going back soon. Thanks everyone

Beautiful location by a lagoon where you can snorkel and admire the marine life. The resort is small, so it is never crowded. Just the perfect size for a calm, relaxing holiday. Also, it is entirely smoke-free so great for families with kids. The restaurant serves very good Indian and Asian fare too! Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Staff were so pleasant, special shout out to Vini who remembered my name and always greeted us with a lovely smile!

Fantastic breakfast. Generous variety of fresh tropical fruit, cereal, tea/coffee and toast. Open air dining area best feature of hotel. Menu food excellent. Had a great massage at the spa. Local bus transport just down road into Sigatoka and good choice of restaurants walking distance away.

We had issues regarding the quote given and payment of the airport transfer which made our departure morning stressful. We also had some expensive hotel taxis compared to local taxis which was dissapointing.

The beach was lovely. Nice ambiance. Happy hour was fun.

The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were lumpy. The room smelt badly from the plumbing. The room was noisy from the bar and exit. No outlook to the beach. Very overpriced for the standard room. Most expensive alcohol.

The staff are what really make this place. I hope they get paid adequately for their outstanding friendliness and abilities. I truly hope that the money that goes into the Christmas box goes to those beautiful people and is not skimmed by management. The location is peaceful and quiet - not suited for people who need regular stimulating activities - although, tours can be booked from the hotel. 5 or 6 good local restaurants complement the good restaurant at the resort. Happy hour is a great time to get to know other guests in this intimate little hotel. Vinaka!

We witnessed a manager speak in a very demeaning way to a well-meaning staff member. This left a very bad taste. As others have commented, the pool is quite small. This is generally o.k. except when one extended family of 10 decided to commandeer it for themselves on one particularly hot day. They dominated it for the whole day, much to the chagrin of other guests. (Quite a talking point that night at Happy Hour). Management should be on the lookout for this kind of behaviour. The pool is in full sun all day which is not ideal for people with pale skin. Also, the pool hours should be extended to 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The staff couldn’t be more accommodating and friendly. From the time of our booking to when we arrived and worked with the front desk, dining services, housekeeping we couldn’t be more pleased.

We can honestly say that after spending 12 weeks traveling from Singapore Australia and New Zealand, Fiji and Bedarra were our number one hotel,. We wanted to end our travels just relaxing and that's exactly what we did. Huge room and bathroom. Spotlessly clean. Food amazing Staff even more amazing. Lagoon amazing for snorkling

Location is always good and beautiful view of the ocean from the hotel.

Room is quite outdated and needs an upgrade. The bathroom needs repair esp. the shower head broke and almost hit our head while showering. The floor of the shower has sharp bits coming off that could be dangerous to anyone.

It is clean, a lovely size offering a personal atmosphere, restaurant is great and reasonably priced and staff are wonderful.

Amazingly friendly and accommodating staff, spacious room, nice pool and restaurant.

The beach looks great but it’s very shallow, you can barely go waist deep, even worse during low tide. Snorkling only and constantly looking out for corals and reefs to avoid injuries. Towel dryers and fans in the bathrooms would make a great addition, everything takes days to dry up.

Nice quiet gem on the Coral Coast, with the Outrigger Resort a short stroll along the beach. From the moment you arrive, to the moment you leave the staff are helpful, friendly and very accomodating. Not many places these days where the staff remember your name!!! The pool and pool area is well maintained as well as the beautiful gardens and beach area. Snorkelling was fantastic at high tide, but low tide was good for a stroll along the beach seeing all the marine life in the clear waters. The tropical breakfast is fantastic, and they let you swap this out if you feel like eggs bene or an omelette. The lunch and dinner menu is great and well priced and the daily happy hour with live music is well done. We stayed in room 15 which was very private as you couldn’t see the balcony from the restaurant like some of the others but it still had a pool, garden and ocean view. Rate this room highly! We will be back!!!

The staff were very welcoming and so helpful and courteous from our arrival to departure time. Nothing was a problem,the food was delicious , the pool fab and sitting with drinks or meal under the palms watching sunsets highlyrecommended

Our shower although clean was a wee bit worn , but bathroom serviced daily and so clean. Water pressure great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay at Bedarra. From the moment we checked in, we were welcomed by some of the most incredible staff. Their knowledge and friendliness will stick with us for a long time. The proximity to the beach, town and other restaurants is perfect. The day spa that is built in to the resort is amazing and has many options to spoil yourself on a daily basis. The dinner specials and happy hour are great too. We would especially like to thank Vini, who would greet us every morning for breakfast, the staff at the spa for making us feel so comfortable and relaxed, and the staff who made sure we came back to a beautiful anniversary surprise in our room. Thank you to everyone at Bedarra for giving us such a memorable trip. We are certain that we will return and we would never think of staying anywhere else.

rooms was beautiful amd clean, pool was great - was cleaned everyday, got beach towels, reef shoes and snorkel on request, food was yum and all at very reasonable prices, the staff really made the stay, they made us feel so welcome, greeted us by our first names everyday, genuinely lovely people. really made our stay so special. gave us good recommendations for dinner options, local restaurants esp The Crab Shack just a few doors down. amazing!!! there was a change in management when we were there. im not sure about the current manager, but the staff who stayed on were so nice and friendly, happy hour at 5pm was the best, chef made little snacks, cocktails wete divine! and the company from staff was outstanding they even made up some kawa for us to drink too. would highly recommend for the people, food and amenities
