Great property

It’s a great family reunion home. We all enjoyed our stay so much. Our agent, Tami was very easy to work with.

The cabin was spacious and close to the lake. Central air was not working and several noisy portables were placed throughout the cabin. I was informed about the central air system issue by email from the owner just prior to arrival. We found out that there were mice in the cabin on the lower and ground level early on in our stay. When I contacted the owner about that she suggested buying mouse traps. We were able to catch and release 1 mouse from inside the kitchen.

Overall we loved our stay at this home. Perfect size for our family of 18. Each family had their own bathroom. Beds for everyone, no one had to sleep on the floor. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking items we needed. We chose to use paper products for meals but there were plenty of dishes if we had needed them. The home was well stocked with soaps, detergents, garbage sacks, etc. Washer/dryer worked well. Loved using the kayak and lifejackets at the lake. That was the grandkids favorite activity! Best part of the home was the game room. Our grandkids were in heaven and spent a lot of time in the foam pit! Grandkids also loved the toy room upstairs. Tami was an amazing host and answered our questions quickly. We will definitely keep this home on our list of places to stay for future adventures at Bear Lake.

The house is great for multiple families- plenty of space to spread out. The game room kept both kids and adults busy. The view of the lake is fabulous! We will return!

Super clean, very chill owner who gave us the info we needed but wasn’t overbearing, the home is gorgeous and had so much space, everything was comfortable and well stocked. We absolutely loved it.

Our family of 11 stayed here for 2 nights and everything was perfect. We all had a great time in the game room, the bedrooms were comfortable, the view was amazing and our Littles loved the toy room. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The house and location was great. Perfect winter getaway for NYE! Big enough for for all of us but still felt cozy! The kids area was such a hit and it appeased them all! They banged from 1yr - 10yrs old. Tami was a great host and wouldn’t definitely return!

This home was everything we needed for a 4-day family Christmas retreat. We had 11 adults and 6 children. It was the best place we've ever stayed for kids. They were in heaven with the foam pit and a whole toy room. Young adults enjoyed the air hockey, foosball, and ping pong. Some of the best sledding in the world is only 15 minutes away, and we enjoyed renting snow bikes nearby, too. The house has a great layout and attractive decoration.

Great time of the year to enjoy the Bear Lake area. The Bear Lake Lookout was the perfect place to stay for the 14 of us.

The house was a perfect place for our family. The kids entertained them selves in the game room, the adults had room to play games, cook for 21 people and the view was beyond anything expected. It more than above average, it is a must stay if you need 5 bedrooms and a bunkhouse place for kids. We liked the place so much that we stayed at the house most of our stay. We spent some hours each day on the lake, but most was at the house. Don't miss a chance to stay here.

We loved it! Everything our family could want. Games, puzzles, books, toys, lots of activities. Rooms and bathrooms for everyone in our large family. Close to the lake, nice quiet neighborhood, houses very spread out and super bonus - close to town and restaurants ❤️

Kitchen was great with extra refrigerator. Beautiful views off the back deck. Game room, especially the foam pit, was a big hit.

Seriously, the best thing about this cabin is the view. It's perched right on top of the mountain, with huge windows letting you take in the incredible beauty of Bear Lake at sunrise and sunset. The rest of the cabin is great. Plenty of beds for a large crowd with comfortable sheets and pillows, and loads more in the closets. The kitchen is decently stocked, and includes plastic cups and plates for children, plenty of cooking utensils and decently sharpened knives, though you'll want to bring your own Tupperwares, plastic wrap, and aluminum foil. They also don't have any dutch ovens, if you're interested in that kind of thing. The range was a little confusing to turn on, but we figured it out. Instructions might have saved a bit of time. The cabin has decent internet. I was getting about 15 mbps, though the wifi router is tucked away in one of the bedrooms so the signal was spotty in the downstairs and upstairs master bedrooms. I had good cell service through the entire cabin. The games room was a huge hit, especially the foam pit. I was especially nervous that someone might get hurt, but the area is free from dangerous hard/sharp points, and they've got a good list of rules. So long as everyone is following the rules, nobody will get hurt and everyone will have lots of fun. One surprising omission from the listing: They have two kayaks downstairs that we took to the lake with us. They were a big hit. Overall, everyone raved about how great it was.

Our stay, it was truly enjoyable. There were a few minor issues with a bathroom sink and Wi-Fi, but was taking care of in short order.

This place was so much fun! We had kids of all ages and everyone had a great time. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was great as well. We would love to come back again sometime.

We had two reunions and time with the family Our view was as good as it could get. The roads need some work. It was so nice to be together as a family and enjoy the time together. we really enjoyed the game room. It was well used.

The views were amazing! My nieces and nephews absolutely loved the game room and it was plenty big for all! 10/10 experience.

We loved our stay. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The kids loved the game room. We had full-on table tennis and foos-ball tournaments in there, while adults were busy cooking. Plus a nice area for big dinners and table games. The little ones loved the rock wall as well. As far as Bear Lake goes - we enjoyed a long day at the beach, with jet-skis and a fun ride on a pontoon boat later - kids laughing as they rode on the huge tube behind. We also enjoyed a visit to the local ice cave, among other sites. Spectacular views of the lake from the deck! Wow. Thanks!

This was our corporate friendship retreat. We had four families, with kids ranging from 9 and up. The kids always had something to do, thanks to the game room. Parents were able to relax and enjoy the deck and the views. We did bring a switch as well. You’ll be delighted to know there is an old school Atari in the basement family room. We would recommend this property to similar sized groups. It fit our needs perfect.

This cabin was amazing! The view from the balcony was breath taking. The kids and adults alike spent all free time in the game room which is the best one I've ever seen in a cabin. The climbing wall and foam pit got lots of use every day! If we go back to Bear Lake we would want to stay at this cabin only.

Our family spent 3 nights here. 10 adults and 6 kids ages 6 and under, seriously we had the best time. The game room had something fun for everyone including the little ones! The views were incredible. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay. There was plenty of gathering spaces and also enough space if you wanted some privacy as well. Tami was so helpful and always responded very promptly. We can't wait to go back!!
