Very nice, relaxing, and huge pool! We loved it all.

We had a great time but there needs to be more seating for a family of 7-8 people. We tried watching a movie but there wasn’t enough seating on the couch for everyone. We had to sit on stools or a folding chair at the dining room table.

Our stay was awesome ! Everything was as advertised, and Melissa ( property manager) was on point with every question that came about she was always a phone call away . Condo was very clean as well. Check out was simple ; couldn’t ask for anything more smoother . We will definitely be staying again .

Our family of 4, on Spring Break booked this condo. It beyond exceeded our expectations. The host was so quick to answer our questions and the property was so wonderful. We've vacationed in other locations in Florida and this resort reminded us of some of the luxury Resorts we've stayed at in Cabo and Cancun. IT WAS GORGEOUS. We cannot wait to return! The beach was so clean and shells a plenty every morning. The pool area was very well kept and very clean, lots of lounge chairs. The condo was very quiet and comfortable. The beds were great! My husband has a bad back and slept so well. The little convenience store has ice cream and Starbucks and lots of things you may have forgotten to pack. It was nice to get a treat in the afternoon's after we were done enjoying the water.

No complaints about this condo! It was very clean. The host was easy to work with and contact. Everything worked great as stated. I would definitely stay again!! The resort is wonderful too! Beachfront with awesome pool & spa and restaurant and poolside tiki bar. Loved it!

Property was wonderful pool was amazing! The condo itself was nice but needs more seating to accommodate 8 people and the chairs on the balcony need replaced there worn out and have screws coming out of them. But overall very nice place would definitely stay here again

We stayed during spring break. The property is secure and gives you a comfortable feeling walking around at night. The pools and beach were awesome . Lots of activities for familys near the resort. Our host was great and answered all my questions. Great property for familys with an awesome view

There were a couple of minor concerns not significant enough to call out here. Condo was as advertise. Location was everything! Super convenient,restaurants and stores within walking distance. If decide to stay-in at the Resort had everything needed; pools beach restaurant (good food and cocktails ). Without a doubt I would stay here again.

Property manager was very friendly and helpful

The property was very nice. If we had not been tied up with Service people changing out the TV/Internet service from 11 to after 4:30 it would have been a wonderful beach day. My daughter & granddaughter enjoyed the beach and pool but the rest of us did not make it down.

Was a little disappointed because when booking it showed the main king bedroom facing the beach. Once we got there the bedrooms were in opposite side. That was the main reason I booked this condo for a bedroom with a beach view. The condo needs ceiling fans because it got hot. Some of the lights didn't work, wasn't very clean. Overall it was relaxing, and beautiful. Edgewater is where we always stay because we love the pool, bar/restaurant, people and the resort it's self. We will be back.

The condo was pretty nice overall. The issues we noted were that the shower heads squealed very loudly scaring our kids, the oven handle is broken and the oven door fell apart, and the air automatically adjusts to 73 all the time causing it to be too hot while sleeping.

Renting was very easy.

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. We loved karaoke night! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Condo was very clean and in order, property manager was on time and very communicative with us. The staff at the facility were all very friendly and stayed on top of keeping everything clean. Pools and beaches were absolutely gorgeous! My family and I really enjoyed ourselves and are looking forward to returning again.

Decent place to stay

Our first time in Panama city beach, we really enjoyed it and the resort was great 👍

The room was nice and very clean and comfortable. The entire resort however wasn't quite as classy as I expected it to be. Not very family oriented as there were a lot of drunk people smoking weed and being loud and cussing in front of the small children.. The gym that was mentioned as part of the amenities cost 12 dollars a day per person. Some of the pools and hot tubs were designated for the particular area they were in and not for everyone staying at the resort. My host was amazing, very friendly , and made everything easy. For the money, probably won't stay here again.

Renting was easy

The condo is small but nice. It has a coffee pot and keurig. There was dishwashing detergent, dish soap, hotel shampoo, conditioner, soap samples in both bathrooms. Stackable washer and dryer. We had a very nice stay with only one problem, the dishwasher was broke. Not a big deal because we didn’t notice until 4 days in because I hand do a lot of my dishes anyway. The only reason I would recommend evolve is because of the property manager Melissa. She is the absolute best to work with. The company is terrible if you ever need to get in touch with them. During the pandemic I had to turn them into the better business bureau before they would reach out to me. I did get rescheduled to this yr with no issue, but this is a big company and not like Vrbo where you can communicate one on one with the owner. We had a nice stay and the owners of the condo do a great job with cute extra decor.

The only thing I didn’t like was we had to meet with the property manager to get parking pass and bracelets. She was VERY nice it was just a process of texting her when we were close and trying to meet up. Other than that we loved staying there and would definitely stay there again! In fact we are looking at possible dates to come back. This was our first time in the panhandle. It didn’t disappoint.
