Location, right in the center of everything! Brezza di Mare was perfect for us. 2nd floor walkup was super clean and nicely updated. Full kitchen with small juliette balcony overlooking lively cobblestone streets. Nice comfortable bed with storage and great size shower! Owner Francesco was very friendly and helpful with great suggestions for day boat trips and places to eat. Loved staying at this B&B. Directly downstairs you'll find cafe's, restaurants, shops and local butchers, etc. 15 min walk to beach clubs. Paid parking for 3 days approx. $30.00 US. Definitely would return to Brezza di Mare!

Parking in area was very difficult to find upon returning from sightseeing especially during dinner hours. But be patience...and you'll find a spot.

We felt like at home. Biggest bonus of this accomodation is location (beautiful old town street) and its owner- Francesco. He is very helpful, caring. Flat is clean, has all you need. Breakfast close by in a bistro :-)

Extremely clean and new room with all necessities. Francesco was a fantastic host that took really good care of us, helped us with scooter rental, boat excursions, recommended some excellent restaurants etc. Communication was super easy and fast and he was always ready to help with anything at all. Really recommend this place, you won't find a host better than Francesco!

The host is very friendly and most welcoming! At the moment we arrived, he assisted us with helpful advices on what to do in Gaeta and the rest of our trip in Italy. We were also recommended an amazing seafood restaurant, for which the host booked us a table. The room is spaceous, very clean, and the location is prime!

The rooms are very clean and cute, the is no noise from the street, big bathroom, ideal location. Italian breakfast very good and close to the accommodation. Francesco, the host, is very helpful, always in contact with you.

Breakfast was good. Francesco was very helpful. Will definitely be back.
