Die Lage als Hausboot ist ungewöhnlich, auch das große und komfortable Zimmer "unter Wasser" -die 2 Fenster unterhalb der Decke lassen genügend Licht zu. Frühstück vielseitig, umfangreich und auf persönliche Wünsche abgestimmt. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Kontakt während des Aufenthalts. Kostenloser Parkplatz in der Nähe leicht zu finden. Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder im Garten abstellen. Ca. 30 min. per Rad nach Rotterdam Zentrum. Ein Extra: sehr gute Kaffeemaschine im Haus jederzeit nutzbar.
Nichts - Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohlgefühlt.

Vor allem hat uns die außergewöhnliche Lage auf dem Wasser sehr gefallen. Obwohl man mitten in der Stadt ist, hatte man das Gefühl, auf dem Land zu sein.

Excellent and friendly host.
Host didn’t know much about local area and ways of transport around the place. It would have been good to have some info regarding local places to eat etc. We found it hard to find a decent place to eat around the area.

Warm welcome, helpful and friendly staff, clean accommodation, quiet environment, proximity to supermarket and small, independent shops, easy walking distance along scenic canals to sights and station.

there is a 3 euro/person/ night tourist tax which is not advised until after you confirm the booking. Quite a long walk into Schiedam,and a noisy neighbourhood. Despite the tourist tax, the streets are full of rubbish, worst I’ve seen in many years of travelling in normally very clean Netherlands. Not allowed to wear shoes ! Also note that this is not a traditional B&B where breakfast is included.

Very friendly owner, great spot to stay overnight if you enjoy life in a city with a lot of waterways. Uncomplicated access.

The room had a little kitchenette with microwave, fridge, kettle and sink so I could be self sufficient. Also a supermarket just around the corner. A quiet neighbourhood and very clean room.

I could work, Elselina took care of the breakfast and my lunch, so I could focus in work and rest during the weektime I speed there. Quiet place, no disturbances, very nice details from Elselina.

We did not have breakfast but the room was lovely and warm and very cosy. we thoroughly enjoyed the stay but there was quite a bit of traffic early morning

Quaint and cozy place! Can't ask for anything more as it feels just like your home away from home.

Good location as bus stop outside with buses every 30 mins to central station to get trains and metro to Amsterdam and Rotterdam. But last bus leaves the train station to get back to hotel at 19:40. We missed the last bus and had to get a taxi for 8 euros.
Host was lovely. Room was lovely and clean and comfortable. Host gives you plastic shoes to wear around the house. Free off street parking. Microwave and fridge in room so we did our own porridge for breakfast and tea. Supermarket across the road.
Bathroom was quite small. No wardrobes to hang clothes.

Friendly and nice atmosphere. Perfect location if you need to do something in Schiedam.

I have always dreamed to live in the hotel on the water, the view is wonderful. Rotterdam is close to the location. Hosts are very caring, you have everything you need on the way. There is a common kitchen, we bought fish and srimps on the market and cooked. Really enjoy the time.
