Rented out the house for my mom's 65th birthday party. It's beautiful, clean, and the owners were attentive. Beach is very close! Definitely looking into renting again!

The house was immaculately clean! Katie had wonderful communication during our stay! Our extended family of 9 had plenty of room to spread out during our visit. The best part of the house is the long dining room table. We enjoyed many meals there then played board games all night.

Very nice facility. One handicap - 30 steps from ground to top floor living area. Well kept and maintained.

We love staying at this house in Emerald Isle. It fits our family perfectly and the pool is a kids favorite! I love that there is enough parking for all of our vehicles and it is just a short walk to the beach.

This was a great location in relation to the beach and pier with plenty of space/rooms/bathrooms to have many family members join.

Great house, great location, great owners! We had some internet issues after a big storm on our first night there. Rob was there right away to get it resolved. He even stayed to clean the storm debris out of the pool! Would definitely go back!! 10/10 recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Beach Walker. It had plenty of space for our family and the pool was a big hit with everyone. Was clean and kitchen well stocked. Can’t wait to come back again!

This was our family and friends’ 2nd time staying at this property and was just as pleased with this stay as the last. The location is great and the pool kept all of our little ones entertained for hours. Overall had a great week and hope to be back in the future.

This home is well cared for and outfitted with everything you need, especially the kitchen. The location cannot be better - close to the beach as well as restaurants, shops and the grocery store. We had a group of friends celebrating a birthday. The house has plenty of space to spread out and also big common areas to be together for meals. We will definitely rent again! Owners were fabulous to work with - super responsive.

The house was amazing. It was very clean and had everything we needed. I did do the early check in and it was so worth it. The family had a great time and the beach was amazing. It was so nice to set on the balcony and drink my coffee and hear and see the waves hit the beach. The weather was great to. Thank you for sharing the home with us we made great memories. You can’t beat the location and the owners were great to deal with. We loved hanging out on the deck in the evenings and listening to the waves crash. The pool was huge compared to other private pools. We had a hiccup with an appliance and the owners were quick to respond. Great house that we would love to visit again.

Fantastic property and views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Our family had a wonderful vacation. The facilities from using the pool, grilling, going to the beach, surrounding shops and restaurants in the area were most enjoyable and convenient.

Beach Walker is a beautiful home. It is a close walk to the beach and very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Check in process was simple and property manager is available and very helpful. House is well stocked with everything you need for an amazing vacation.

Quite honestly I was hesitant to rent through VRBO because of a past experience but this came off without a hitch! The kitchen was well stocked. House and grounds were very clean and well-maintained (which was often not the case at other houses we’d rented toward the end of summer season). The beds were made when we arrived - which was a nice plus after traveling. Great location. Will definitely consider for next year‘s vacation.

Our family loved the location and the pool - so close to the beach and it's a great beach! House was comfortable and owners very responsive when the A/C went out.

Our extended family had loads of fun enjoying this extremely nice home: Plenty of room, very responsive hosts, amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean, beach toys of all types, wonderful pool, more utensils and cook supplies than imaginable, pet friendly and easy access to the beach. Communication with owners outstanding. Closer to the beach than it appears. Very clean. 14 of us stayed there and never felt cramped. Plenty of room for privacy. Great ocean views.

We had 14 people (3 generations) in the house. Bedroom setups were perfect for us. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The walk to the beach was short and the view, even though it was second row, was great. We had a door handle break while there, and I contacted the owner. They were there in 20 minutes to replace the handle. Nowadays, customer service doesn’t seem to be a high priority, but in this case, I was truly impressed! Thank you for a great property to use as our own for a week.

This property had everything we needed. We have been coming to EI for years and had to give up our usual rental property because of cost so we had to find a new place that would let us bring multiple dogs. We so appreciate you being accommodating so we could keep our vacation during this week. We loved the big gathering room and the big couch. Could have used just another comfortable chair or two. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked so we have no complaints as to amenities. Overall the house was terrific. We loved the location being closer to stores, etc. We enjoyed the pool on days when the weather cooperated. Our past rental had outdoor speakers and most everyone missed having the radio when we were outside. The only housekeeping issue was the ice maker and ceiling fans which only a couple of people in our group commented on so you might bring that to your housekeepers attention. We so appreciated the welcome basket and having some spices and TP already there. We did miss being ocean front a little but did have a view and beach access was close by so not a major issue that would keep us from returning. It would be nice to have gates on the balconies to keep pets or children confined to whatever level we are on. We do appreciate your accommodating our needs and allowing the dogs. Hope we didn’t leave a huge mess behind that would keep you from allowing us or any others in the same situation from renting this house.

We enjoyed our stay at BeachWalker!! The location to the beach was great with a very short walk. It was awesome having the private pool to enjoy!! Everyone had plenty of space to move about in the house and the views from the deck were beautiful!! If you are looking for a great place to eat within a mile radius, check out the Fish Hut Grill!!!!! Amazing!!! Would rent and stay here again!
