We had the best time at this home. It was clean, perfect location, great view and had all we needed. Last year we had a horrible time with horrible neighbors at our previous location. Unfortunately it was the last year with my dad at our annual Fort Bragg vacation. This year we got so lucky and we were able dedicate this time to him. We usually go out a lot and don’t spend to much times at the home, but this year found ourselves never leaving. Absolutely love this home and highly recommend!

Amazing views. Family and dog friendly property. Only issue was the previous renters left broken glass around the outside deck that was never cleaned up. We had to tell our 2 boys to not use that part of the house because of the risk. We cleaned as much as we could but there was too much to clear and use the area.

This is our third time staying in this house! Everything thing is just amazing and decorated adorably! It’s comfortable and has everything needed to have a wonderful stay! Even a crock pot lol! We are a family of 8 and we fit comfortably in it! My girls shared the loft and was quite cozy with their huge tv! Can’t wait for our next stay!

The privacy and location can’t be beat…gorgeous views and the sounds of the sea. An easy walk down the property to Haul Road (bike path) and lots of access to small and large beaches. A concrete pad with outdoor furniture and fire pit. All very nice. Make sure the house layout works for you: 2 private BRs downstairs with one Bath (no en suite) the rest of the group slept in the loft, which our guests weren’t happy about. Read other comments. The downgrade to 4 stars, however, were issues that really need fixing: the deck, the dishwasher, and the second floor tv not working. All are easily reparable, and would improve anyone’s stay here.

The layout of the house was great for our family. We loved the yard and the beautiful views. The access to the walking trail and beaches was great too!

The furniture is very old and broke down The couch was hard to sit on it was so broke down the dishwasher was broken the shelves in the refrigerator were falling off the barbecue did not work very well not a very nice house great location

At first glance this home was just gorgeous! The light and open feel with plenty of privacy were just right. The easy walk to the beach was wonderful as well. We enjoyed every minute we were there and wish our stay was two weeks instead of two nights. My only complaint is that check out is at 10am which is hard for a family to accomplish after making breakfast and trying to pack and start dishwasher and laundry. I was very disappointed that at 9:58am the housekeeper pulled up and waited outside for us to finish getting out and into our cars. An 11am checkout is much more realistic and having the housekeeper wait 30 minutes after checkout is much less aggressive. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay!

Close to the beach, plenty of room for my family. We had a wonderful time. 💗

The driveway to the home is very rough, needs grading. The hot tub does not work. The home heating system does not function. Neat and clean interior, tastefully done. Great Location. The decks are dangerous, rotting out in many places, with significant tripping hazards.

Great spot right next to the beach with lots of privacy. Comfortable beds and amazing laundry setup.

The property was just what I hoped for. My family had a ruff year losing two family members and we needed to get away to celebrate their lives. Thanks you so much to the hosts for their hospitality.

This was a fantastic getaway for my wife's B day with our adult Children and their significant others. The location is perfect and the home was wonderful and very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The view was incredible and the hot tub was superb. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is the need for the house to have a deep cleaning. It wasn’t as clean as it should be. There was hair in the 2nd floor shower and left over food bits on the floor that my dog was pulling out from under the cabinets/ stove in the kitchen. ☹️ Also, you might want to check out the downstairs shower. It isn’t draining like it should. Other then that, we would definitely recommend people staying here. We had a wonderful time.

Loved the isolated location and access to many different beaches and tide pools.

This location is the best! Inside house, looking SW waves can be seen crashing onto rocks and sandy beach, W, NW sun sparkling off the ocean waves and horizon. Short sand path to Haul Road, easy enough for 90 year old mom too walk and great for 2-65 year olds to walk, ride bikes, explore Mackkericher State Park. Directly across Haul Road, beaches with rocks and tide pools for hours of exploring, also sandy beaches. Sunsets may be viewed from house or hot tub, upstairs balcony or deck (if the fog doesn't settle in before sunset). I would give 10 stars for location. I give the home 4 stars. Only two of the beds have privacy. The others are in the living room (fold downs) and in the upstairs loft (kings), so not very quiet or dark for the early-to-bed bunch. The loft is cute but a real "head knocker" and the two king beds are fairly close together. The child's bed in the tiny room was a kid pleaser, especially for the little girls. The kids loved it up in the loft, their parents, not so much. There is a bath upstairs, too. The two private rooms downstairs are nice and quiet, but can't be fully darkened during the day for napping little ones. Great laundry facility w/ two washers and dryers. A well stocked kitchen. We prepared most our meals there. Plenty of room for dining for our 12 with two tables and four seats at the counter. Kitchen dining area wasn't too spacious but big enough and you could sit in the dining room and enjoy beautiful ocean views. Absolutely, the most relaxing three days I've had in years. Enjoyed by all the family from Great Grandma down to babies. We gave it four stars mostly because lack of private sleeping areas, but there were a few condition issues on the deck, also. The dishwasher needs two wheels on the bottom left rack, making it a bit difficult to close and open. All in all, very clean, uncluttered, fresh and homey!

The house is very nice, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The two washer/dryer sets came in really handy, since our family spent a lot of time outdoors. Skylights in the bedrooms make great puddles of sunlight across the beds for napping in the afternoons, the hot tub is wonderful, and you can hear the ocean thoughout the house. The location absolutely cannot be beat, and the property itself is amazing. Lots of privacy, and truly beautiful woods. We had deer in the yard most days, and saw squirrels, birds/hawks, and rabbits, too. Easy access to the pedestrian/bike path that follows the shore was wonderful. We walked to MacKerricher State Park to see harbor seals at Laguna Point and the black sand beach next to it, and to explore lots of coves nearby, including some that had swimmable/sandy beach fronts. Glass Beach and Pudding Creek Beach were very close by, too. We had one minor issue with the gate when we first arrived, but Vacasa and the property manager were very responsive and easy to work with. We were talking about coming back for a lot of the drive home, and when we do, I'll looking to book here again!

This is a big lovely house with a huge yard. About 150 yards to tidepools and about a 2 minutes walk to a huge sandy beach where the kids loved to play.

We found the dishes lacking. No small plates, small glasses and only two teaspoons.

The house was exactly as stated. The proximity to the beach/ocean was great, kitchen was nice, plenty of towels...everything needed was provided. Only 6 of our party of 10 showed up, so we had plenty of room, but it’d still work with 10 (a little bathroom sharing/waiting but it’d work). Loved the fire pit; perfect weather for roasting s’mores! I would consider renting this one again!

This is our 4th time staying at Stella and I have to say we fall in love with it more and more each time. The location and amenities are beyond compare!

This house was the perfect choice for our weekend getaway from the heat. Just a couple miles north of Fort Bragg, so still close enough to town, but very private. The grounds are immaculate, the back yard is huge and overlooks the walking/bike path as well as the ocean. There are several trails you can take to get to the beach. You can hear the waves break, from the house but it’s not overwhelming. Our dog was able to play for hours in the yard while we sat on the deck and enjoyed the view. The house itself is gorgeous. Almost anything you need is provided. Very nicely decorated and we felt very much at home. We will be back!

Haul road is a great resource for all visitors for walking, bike riding, running. Unsurpassed views of the beach and the ocean. House was a great beach house. Easy to keep tidy. Well equipped.

We had another wonderful week in Fort Bragg. The location of this beautiful home can’t be beat. The amenities are awesome. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t figure out how to use the ceiling fans so the house was very warm. Also, the hot tub didn’t have enough chlorine so the water had a foul smell. We can’t wait to stay again next year!
