Friendly, staff is good

Location was good. Water pressure in the shower was good. These are the only positives I can think of.

I don't understand how they can call this a 'hotel'. It is a few rooms above a family restaurant. My stay here was a disaster. I booked for 2 nights while visiting Istandbul for a football match. My room was tiny. The bathroom was very run down and in dire need of an upgrade. The room window was permanently open to run a cable from my room to another room. The TV in my room turned on but had no stations. The owner said as I was a guest of his 'hotel' he would give me 10% off anything I ordered in his restaurant. I decided to try it for lunch but I didn't get any discount on my bill. Night 2 - This is when the fun happened! I got home from the football match at 3am (Turkey traffic is really bad.) I got to my room and tried to open the door with my key but it wouldn't work. After trying for a couple of minutes, the door was opened by a man from the inside! Someone else was sleeping in my bed. I tried to explain to the man that he was in my room but he didn't want to know and closed the door on me. I went downstairs to the restaurant to find out what was going on. Staff initially didn't believe me but then realised that I was being serious. I had paid in advance for 2 nights but the hotel staff had taken it upon themselves to rent out my room again. I asked about my personal belongings in the room and no-one knew anything about them. I then discovered by travel bag in the corner of the restaurant. Someone had gone into my room, collected all of my personal items and packed them into my bag before dumping it in the corner of the restaurant. They then went and rented out my room to someone else! After being told to sit down and wait for 5 minutes, twenty minutes later, I was told to follow a random man to another hotel. I had to follow behind some random man in flip flops (who spoke no English) down dark alleyways at 3.20am to be brought to another hotel.

the location was very good. very near to main attractions of the old city. the staff were nice and helping

there is no fromt desk and no staff till 9 to help out with any issues. breakfast usually starts only at 9. the rooms is not big enough and the ensuite was tiny. the food was costly compared to other resaurants. no kettle in room so have to wait till 9 for a morning tea. they provided 'complimentary' drink when we reached hotel but it was added to the final bill ! there were other extra also added. so please check your bills. narrow stairs to your room.

Excellent location friendly helpful staff nice breakfast and a good comfy room

This is the second time we visit the hotel. The staff is friendly, the room is perfect for the money. Extremely close to the old town. Thanks for staying! 🙏❤️

Very good location.

First of all there's no internet! 😳 So basically I had to go in to other hotels or restaurants to download at lest two movies for evening. Room lookt clean but very dark, so always light had to be on always.Room view is horrible, straight to other buildings and so many rubbishes on roof. This hotlel terrace is not working so you won't see beautiful views as in pictures.. Room service, is no room service, I had to bring my rubbish bags to container.. water is leaking from shower cabin on the floor, no one from personal even asked or I need new towels or hoover floors. 5 nights no cleaning at all.. Food and drinks is expensive.
