Money minded no proper repsonse..have booked 4 rooms through Booking Com on reaching said only 3 booking done.....Card facility is there but denied to accept the card and insisted to do payment to other number. My cousin booked the room ans paid the amount at the time of booking itself but still they denied we dont have room and demanded extra to provide but after we said ok as we have no other option... Later again back to squae one no room available.. Just complete money minded even no complimantary water bottle

Very worst room , no cleanliness We found many cockroaches in room and also under the bed, the blanket provided was very unhygienic with lot of marks on it and also the pillows were dusty

It was late in the night we really dint have other options, they asked for 2 times the money showed in the site. did drop a feedback about it to booking.com via mail too nothing was done about it. Dint stay in that scammers place.

Despite calling on previous day no early checkin was allowed. i even told i can pay an advance fees however they assured me no payment required and i can come in and pay early . went with 2 small kids and imagine the suffering at 5am

The worst service, the staffs were VERY RUDE, made me pay additional 400, stating they can provide the room for the amount which was offered by booking.com and the payment was fully paid to you. Many customers were facing the same issue and a customer who dined to pay additional amount, they fought with him, threw him out of the stay. I kindly request you cancel/remove this stay from your list

The price showing Booking.com 865Rs Including tax. After i reach hotel reception they saying 1400Rs . so what a value my booking so i pay 1400
