Great property.. comfortable stay.. Very courteous and helpful staff both at the reception and at the restaurant. Rooms were very well maintained. Food spread was massive!

At Feast, the staff was very humble and polite. Good Service
I am not happy, I booked a pool view and paid extra for it but I was not given a pool view. Later when I objected to his unprofessional behavior than the manager was busy proving backside room is a pool view room, they said they did not have a vacant room. Then in the evening when they are afraid that I will create an issue, they said we will give you one pool-facing room. But by then, we are done and not feeling well. By seeing the unprofessional attitude of the hotel staff. I booked, I paid extra but the hotel didn't have a room for me. It is a kind of unethical, fraudulent behavior. After a few hours, once I argued, they of taking my booking seriously. Didn't expect this mismanagement from Sheraton.

We have stayed at a handful of the hotels in Bangalore, including big-chain ones, that are in the same price range as the Sheraton. hey have been nice, but I have in every case felt that the 5-star rating just wasn't truly applicable. Five stars means that when you arrive, you meet a level of professionalism and control that allows you to just relax, knowing that all will be taken care of.
In all of the other hotels, the staff have all been very enthusiastic, but more the way a teenager is trying to impress their manager on their first job. Sheraton was different.
The reception staff had precisely that calmness and control that I was looking for. I was serviced with that combination of British and East Asian precision that defines the sort of experience that a five-star hotel is supposed to offer.
Also, the restaurant served the best food I have so far had in Bangalore. Indian food is known for its rich full-body flavours. But at the Sheraton, the kitchen is in complete control of their craft, and they can lighten things up. Dishes have a subtle, airy taste that shows that only that which was needed was added. Nothing more, but also absolutely nothing was missing. This is foodcraft at the highest level.
As a final touch, when our kids got back from the pool, a special platter with some goodies was set out just for them with a hand-written note wishing them extra welcome. This is how you get loyal customers.

Bangalore simply is too cold, even in the hottest months, for outdoor pools refilled with cold bore well water. A pre-heated pool would have made me try to move in permanently.

I requested quiet room but unfortunately, the room was above the Bar so that I faced bad time,and when I contact the front disk they mentioned all rooms are fully booked and cannot help

The internet speed and the location of the hotel which was in nice neighborhood and next to big mall.
The food Manu, food taste and the room it was dusty 903 after few minutes from the make up.
