Beautiful Home! This house was perfect for my family's Christmas gathering. The owner even had a decorated Christmas tree set up in the great rm for us. The gas fireplace added to the feeling of Christmas. All the rooms were spacious, plenty of room for 7 adults and 3 kids to hang out together. I especially loved staying on the East side of Zion and enjoyed the beautiful drive to and from the South side. Highly recommend this property!

As described in the title, this is a very clean property and a great place to stay. It had really nice gaming activities and some board games. On top of that, kitchen was fully stocked up with all the necessary items. The Place was pretty clean. This is a very nice place to do star gazing as well.

We had a great time at this house. Alban, the property manager, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. When we got snow one day, he even came over in the morning (without us asking) to make sure our driveways were clear. There was plenty to do at Zion National Park nearby, but I also liked that the house was big enough and well-equipped enough to keep us all comfortable and entertained when we wanted to "stay home" or needed to because of the weather. The kitchen is well-appointed, so we had no problem cooking a Thanksgiving meal there. I loved the gas fireplace--just turn it on and enjoy.,

We were a group of 2 families with 8 people total and we stayed here for a week to explore Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the surrounding areas. This property has 4 large bedrooms and bathrooms, huge sunny windows, enormous kitchen, and huge wrap around deck with 4 separate sitting areas. It is incredibly spacious with so many fun things for the kids and adults including a pool table, chess table, basketball hoop, gas fire pit, and many board games. We took advantage of the $20 per person weekly fee at the Ponderosa Resort nextdoor for unlimited swimming, hot tubs, water slides, kayaking, paddle boarding, ping pong etc. It was a perfect landing place after long days of driving and hiking adventures. You can hike observation point within a 10 minute drive and checkerboard mesa from a walk out your door. No need to drive into Zion for either hike. The kitchen and laundry room has anything you could imagine including detergent, spices, and coffee filters and so much more. Just show up with a suitcase and a few bags of groceries. This luxury vacation rental exceeded our expectations, especially dividing the incredibly reasonable price between 2 families.

Beautiful home, well equipped, provided fun activities (games, puzzles, firepit hang time, basketball) and relaxation time… close to the ponderosa resort and Zion. Great trip!

Great house, and perfect location for Zion Park. 7 of us--4 adults and 3 children. The house was perfect--son and family upstairs and wife and I down. One of the best stocked homes we have stayed in. Great kitchen, living room and pool table. Enjoyed the fire pit at night. The house sets about 5 miles of HWY 9, but after turning on 9, it is less than 2 miles before you are in the beauty of the park. The kids enjoyed the pool and golf cart at the resort. Would highly recommend.

This is a wonderful log home situated in a neighborhood but shrouded in trees for privacy. You have all the necessities and plenty of room for gathering together and enjoying your own space. Great location for visiting Bryce and Zion and the drives are stunning . If going to theNational Parks-Go early as it’s get’s very busy in later day. The owner sent loads of great information on the area for dining and shopping which was appreciated as you are remote in this region of Utah. I would return in a heart beat. Loved it all!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! We used it as a home base while visiting Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Capitol Reef. It is a bit of a trek to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, etc., but the host offered suggestions on where to go with distances included. The beds were very comfortable after a long day of hiking, and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

This house is a masterpiece in nature with Zion as it’s background. The house is simply gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed our girls hiking trip at Zion and our stay at this beautifully appointed house would definitely book it again!

The home was very nice! The surrounding land was really pretty.

The property is excellent. the location to many of the National parks are within a 2 hr. drive. The house had everything you could image. My husband liked the gas outdoor fire pit and my son played on the pool table almost every night. The kitchen is a dream to cook in. We saw wildlife every morning and the stars at night were beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the best VRBO homes that I've stayed in. The house is in excellent condition and well stocked. Especially with the little amenities that you don't get in other homes. I would stay in this house again without reservation.

This property was all it advertised and more. We had such an amazing trip. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. We sat around the fire pit in the evenings and utilized the game room! You won’t be disappointed.

The house was more beautiful than the online photos. Very quiet neighborhood. The front door lock was a little challenging to open but manageable.

Couldn’t be better! Great location for exploring southern Utah, yet away from crowds. Walking and hiking in the neighborhood, yet just a few miles to Zion. Brought a lot of food with us, which worked well, but could have purchased groceries in Kanab on our way in. Teenagers LOVED the pool table.

Amazing log cabin with plenty of amenities!! Location is great, use of Ponderosa resort was key! House is well stocked, plenty of room inside and out! Peaceful and private.

It was a beautiful property in a gated neighborhood. It was a perfect location to visit Zion, Bryce, and Corral Pink Sand Dunes. The property manager was always quick to respond and very helpful!

The house was amazing! Perfect for our group with separate spaces for everyone to spread out and relax. We loved enjoying breakfast on the front porch and watching the stars next to the fire pit on the back deck at night. The house had everything we needed during our stay. The access to the pool at Zion Ponderosa was an added bonus. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay here! The cabin itself is just beautiful, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Nice woodsy area, we saw rabbits and deer right by the cabin! Great outdoor areas to eat and also a nice fire pit. The pool table and basketball goal were nice bonuses! The manager is very nice and responsive as well and even came by to check on us and give us some tips about the area. Be aware this location is East of Zion NP and with the scenic road takes about 40 min to get to the park. However, this location did put us closer to activities we also had scheduled in Orderville and Kanab. Most certainly grocery shop or get what you need in a larger town before you get to the cabin (we were coming from Vegas and stopped in Hurricane). Really loved the cabin and the whole trip...would love to come back!!

We absolutely loved this property! My older children loved the pool table, the older adults loved the large deck and fire pit, and of course, the beautiful kitchen! In fact, one of the days we opted to stay at the property instead of heading to Zion because we knew it would be crowded during the holiday. We didn’t want to leave! It was perfect!

What a great house. You will not regret staying here. The house is super clean and so peaceful. Plenty of room for our family of five! Alban, the host, was so kind. I forgot to print out a document for our trip and he graciously offered to print it for me and brought it the house next day. There are some great hikes at the East entrance of Zion. We did these after we hit the "biggies" are were very happy. Empty trails but still somewhat challenging. Bring plenty of water!

The house was absolutely perfect. There was not one thing that we needed that was not available at the property. The location was peaceful and relaxing each evening after returning from a busy day at the parks. We spent time at Zion and Bryce and traveled one day to Antelope Canyon in Arizona. It was an easy drive from the house to all the areas that we visited. The outside wrap around porch was amazing. The owners were exceptional to work with. We would highly recommend renting this gorgeous home!

Home was great - very comfortable. Just wish we had more time to enjoy it. It was a short trip with time in Bryce and Zion. Would highly recommend this rental.

Everything in this house was super clean, and everything was fully stocked for your convenience - including linens, kitchen stuff, games, and propane for the grill and fire pit. (They have an instant pot! Do NOT buy coffee filters if you visit in 2022; they have so so many.) It was beautiful and quiet. The ride into the park was not quick, but it’s beautiful, with many good stopping points along the way. I would definitely stay here again!
