A beautiful hotel…. Across the road from the beach… A great spot to unwind and relax!

For the price paid, I think the parking and sauna usage could be included in the cost of the room. For some it may be a little noisy as it sits on the main road and a busy beach (in summer), is directly opposite. However still a wonderful and enjoyable stay!

5 star experience with fine dining & spa facilities. Staff always helpful & can’t be faulted. Great that it’s connected to the Mora Mora Beach Club which makes it great for beach days!

Love everything about it, location , facilities, staff, food, this place is super! It’s a gem ! Thank you guys for making my stay so amazing ! The staff goes out of their way to help you and make sure you are enjoying your stay !

It is really nice place to stay for couple of nights and explore surrounding. The quality of food was exceptional - the cook was offering cousin typical for Pulia and all dishes I tried were delicious. Definitely worth going for a dinner even without staying at the hotel. The wether was capricious but constantly almost every day 23 degrees and sunny ... in the first half of October. Quality of service - all waitresses, reception, cleaning professionals taking care of customer, friendly greetings but not overdone. the location and the venue itself - worth taking a room with seaside view.

I did not understand the concept of sauna being part of SPA area. 35 Euro for 90 minutes. In majority of five stars hotels this service is first for free and secondly there was nothing special offered. Just sauna, tea and water. Interesting that using twice the service I was the only customer, but I was "kicked out" after 90 min not being even offered prolongation for a price or half of the price. Quality of cosmetic service below average.

Rooms very comfortable. Evening dinner fabulous and wine list very good.

Spa facilities eg sauna should be included in price as in most European hotels.

Very disappointing in many areas. We had made a reservation for several rooms through booking.com, one of them was with a refundable rate until a certain date, which had come at an extra charge. We requested a cancellation prior to the expiration date of the refundable rate and the hotel refused to accept the cancellation. First they pushed us off to saying the reservation was made through booking.com and booking.com does not allow the cancellation. When we called booking.com they told us it is up to the hotel to make the decision. (lier, lier pants on fire!  and keep in mind we paid extra for this particular room to be able to be cancelled). We were booked for 7 days in serval rooms, left after 2 and they tried to over-charge us with 3 nights for the parking of the car at 10$ a day. Everything but breakfast in this hotel is extra $$$$ or restricted. We came here for a relaxing gym/ spa week, this expectation was unfortunately harshly disappointed. The spa is not worth it even if it would have been for free or included in the room rate. Spa is 32 $ for 1.5 h, even if you only want to use the sauna which is actually nice looking. The sauna cold water is luke warm, the "spa" water not really spa warm and the floor of the spa pool dirty. They have you sign a spa waver saying that if you get infected with bacteria it is not their fault. The roof top pool is locked off and not accessible, the spa pool closed when it rains. The gym, which is shown to be very nice on the website and advertisement is parked in a moldy corner of the basement with water damage and an unhealthy mold smell. They do have new equipment but the "biking solution" with stationary bike and virtual biking passes on a TV shown online is not existing.

The balconies have no mosquito screens, so your choice is to either sleep in the AC - which they restrict to 25 degree unless you ask for lower temps - or have your rooms full of bugs. The outside of the balconies is surrounded with plants that give of a foul odor. The surroundings of the hotel are very dilapidated. Houses old, in dire need of some TLC, closed up, stores closed, restaurants shut down. Not much to do. The beach is covered with black stuff and the beach restaurant and chairs which are shown in their advertisement are non-existent or closed. Dinner in the hotel was very, very good one night, not so much the other night. Menu selection is rather small, however cook granted personal wishes. Breakfast was good, good coffee and nice selection of foods. The inside of the hotel is stylish as in the pictures in the advertisement. The rooms are rather small (ocean front and deluxe rooms) however the bathrooms are very nice and big. We do want to mention that most of the staff was extremely nice and forthcoming, however any of their attempts to help were overruled by corporate greed. We had booked 17 room-nights altogether (7 nights, 3 rooms), paid several thousand Euros and decided to leave after 2 days. Out of the 17 night, 3 nights were booked on a refundable rate and refund was refused by the hotel, parking was overcharged and not even one sauna visit was included as a curtesy. Before you book this hotel, think twice! If you are in the area and are looking for a place to stay and need a hotel which is actually open, this might be an ok solution. Just do yourself a favor and read the fine print, scroll down on ALL pages (that is where they hide it) and make sure you find it. Be mentally prepared to do dish out lots of additional $$$$ and find greed instead of hospitality. Otherwise we would skip this place altogether! Don’t come here for a Beach-Spa & Gym vacation, it’s not worth it. Attached a few fotos from our stay.

Staff were amazing! Excellent service. Food, rooms, pool, everything was the best! Deborah at the front of house was very helpful as was every else. Day spa was perfect!

I didn't like that we had to leave. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Proximity to the beaches, breakfast, the lovely pools, view from the terrace, the restaurant and bar.

A few more choices on the restaurant menu would suit a longer stay.
