We loved the view, the terraces and the staff were all kind, genuine and welcoming.
The beds looked tired and were uncomfortable. We liked the mattresses on the 2 twin pullouts though. We had an issue with bug bites though.

The property had a nice view
Our room was completely infested with ants. I woke up with ants crawling all over me. My partner had a tissue in his jacket pocket and when he went to grab it there were thousands of ants. The drawers were filled and ants all over the walls. Our clothes and belongings were covered. When we reported this, we were offered a clean with some spray and a rolls of toilet paper by a staff member. We expressed that this was not sufficient as the place was completely and utterly infested. We then had to pack up our luggage that night at about 8pm in the middle of our trip and walk into the town to locate a hotel that had room. This alone cost a fortune. We then asked for a refund for the last two nights in which we did not (could not possibly) stay. We were told that because we didn’t take up the ‘cleaning the room’ offer (which would have been useless) we could only get 1 night back. I asked for both nights we missed out on to be refunded as this was completely out of our hands and this wouldn’t have even covered the price we had to pay for the other hotel, and we were told no and we’re essentially told that we should have known it would have been ant infested because of where it is. This is no way to treat a young couple who have saved for months for a trip only to have to move hotels due to a reason out of they’re hands and then offer a minuscule refund. We spent our entire time trying to barricade the room. Awful experience.

Wonderful view high above Minori and lovely setting with friendly staff. However very rustic and needs some updating and improvements to justify the €175 in April.
The bedding, towels, parking situation, facilities and breakfast need improving for the price charged. The duvet/cover was not clean (we removed it and slept with sheet), only one pillow per person, a damp apartment and no housekeeping for 3 nights stay so we were using wet towels that whole stay due to nowhere to dry them. Nice coffee and fruit at breakfast but ham and cheese were packet bought and breakfast wasn't to quality of other lower priced B&Bs in Italy. We mentioned about bringing a car a month prior but there were no spots to park so paid parking on the road is €24 per day. Lots of improvements needed to justify the price and we've stayed in far better quality places for cheaper or same price on Amalfi and in Italy generally.

A beautiful location with amazing views. Great having a pool available.
While we were informed of 150+ steps from the road up to the hotel, it is actually 515 steps from Minori beach/town to get up and back each time. Potential guests should be made aware of this.

The view was incredible. The pool was beautiful. The breakfast terrace was delightful and breakfast was lovely and fresh if repetitive. The small terrace areas outside the rooms were wonderful.too. There was help and advice readily available for making transfer and tour bookings. The homemade limoncello in the fridge in our room was excellent. Minori is a beautiful, authentic village - we absolutely loved it.
We didn't love our 3 children's room being 4 rooms away from us. We had asked for 3 beds in their room but got a double and a single.
We didn't love the lady host all that much. One morning she was very rude and unpleasant when we came for our early breakfast organised with Fabio pre a Pompeii tour. (Fabio was hospitable, friendly and helpful)

Room decor, comfortable bed, incredible views all over the hotel grounds, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff
A lot of steps to get to the hotel but was expected given its location, many hotels in the area are the same way. But the views are worth the steps!

Beautiful views, stylish rooms
The Wi-Fi cut out a lot for everyone in our group and the floor got dirty quickly. The stairs were also tougher than expected which deterred you from wanting to come and go.

Nothing.
Firstly, the B&B was difficult to find. After already climbing serval steps with our luggage we had to call and ask for directions to be told we then needed to climb another set of steps (these are the obligatory 150 steps that are advised upon booking and on other reviews.) However, I would like to state there are MORE than 150 steps.
We was then met by Fabio.
We had a large room, this was ok. However, very strange smell enough to make us heave. It had a broken toilet seat and broken shower head. The walls are paper thin and can hear the neighbours conversations and even when they used their toilet. There was a loud humming noise that continued throughout the night which made it difficult to fall asleep. This was not the air conditioning unit in our room nor the extractor fan. I can only assume it was coming from the neighbouring room. We was also informed that due to the length of our stay we would not have any cleaning services or towel changes. This was completely fine with us. However, we went out one day and came back to see that someone had clearly been in the room. This was a little disconcerting as we was informed that no one would come in.
The breakfast was not buffet style as advertised. We was seated and then brought over a very small selection of food. We was not asked if we had any allergies or dietary requirements prior to having the food brought to us. As two Muslims AND Vegetarians being presented with Pork for breakfast was not the best start to our holiday in Minori. We was also disappointed that it was not buffet style as advertised, there is not even a room where there is a possibility to host a buffet style breakfast. Nor were there any options of a hot breakfast. I would also like to add the breakfast was the exact same everything morning.
The location of the B&B was particularly disappointing.

It is a beautiful property in a beautiful location. Minori is the place to be if you want a quiet and authentic get away on the coast. Our host Fabio was great. He was welcoming, friendly, and helpful.
Everything was great.

Great view, nice staff and comfortable rooms. Good base for exploring the Amalfi coast.
Lots of mosquitos! It would be nice to have some repellent available in the rooms.

Breakfast was good at first, but it was pretty much the same everyday. We only stayed for 4 nights so it wasn’t too bad. But if I were to stay longer, I would probably be bored of having the same thing for more than 3-4 days. Due to the location of the hotel, having breakfast included was a bonus! I also like that they have the option of serving you a light breakfast at 7:30am in case you have excursions you have to go to. Also like that they have a little kitchenette in your room where you can boil water, warm up food, etc. All in all, the view up there is absolutely amazing. So peaceful, away from crowds, so relaxing.

The view from the property was beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the space was beautiful
The shower temperature was either extremely good or cold and would change very quickly so there was not a good middle temperature. The stairs to the property were tiring as well but this was expected

The host, Fabio, was amazing. Unbelievable view and hospitality. Great breakfast, amazing pool with a view, honestly the best place I've ever stayed in.
Quite hard to reach because of the many steps but very much worth the climb.

Amazing views, staff are very kind and caring. Beautiful gardens where we were able to pick fresh vegetables for our lunch. Pool is small but adequate with wonderful views. Liked the homemade breakfast items like fresh lemonade and apricot jam, divine coffee! Peaceful and tranquil little gem of a place.
Shower very difficult to regulate and wi-fi signal weak. Signage from the very bottom of the steep staircase would be helpful as we struggled to find it.

Pros:
The place is beautiful. So many plants and gorgeous spots. The room is spacious and the staff is very accommodating and nice. Great views from the place. Room had a mini kitchen. The pool felt great and the lawn chairs were nice along with a outdoor shower.
Cons:
The 150 stairs does not start at ground level. You either have to climb around 400 extra stairs from the city center, or take the shuttle bus from the church that only runs at certain times to the cemetery where the 150 stairs start. Your luggage is only brought up and down from the cemetery. Not from the city center. If you don’t do the bus, the stairs will wear you out. We went in July and the heat made it especially unbearable. I was dripping sweat. I am an athletic college student and I could barely handle it. No way I could’ve stayed longer than 3 nights. I could not climb all the way up from the city center I had to wait on the bus which is usually always full and 60 cents a ride. It was very inconvenient because once you are down it was a pain to go back up and time the bus right. No way I could’ve brought my luggage down or up from the center. The staff helped us arrange a taxi to take our luggage from the cemetery to the ferry spot. The sink has no stopper so if you drop something it’s gone. The shower doesn’t drain well. Walls are thin we could hear the neighbors when they were loud. Mosquitos were all in our room at check in. There are only a few shaded spots for breakfast otherwise you’re right in the scorching hot sun. Beds and pillows were so uncomfortable you could feel the springs. The Wifi never popped up on my phone.

fabulous location ,amazing scenery, excellent breakfast especially home made lemonade served by Fabio who was a superb host and very helpful in recommendations for local amenities. The pool was excellent and set in a calm and peaceful location. There are many terraces from which to enjoy the stunning scenery which is well worth climbing the stairs for. If we came back to Minori we would return to Orto Paradiso.
nothing to dislike

Fantastic hosts....amazing breakfasts with fabulous home made touches. So hospitable and nothing was too much trouble to make our stay comfortable. Very relaxed and peaceful property with the most breathtaking views! Communication with Fabio exceptional!
A lot of steps to the property which we were made aware of....small price tp pay for the views....and then further more steps to reach the town for amenities...need to be fairly fit and not afraid of uphill walking!!

Lovely setting overlooking Minori. You do have to climb steps for the view but its definitely worth it. Proper Italian coffee provided in the room. Fantastic staff everyone was very helpful. A good base to explore the Amalfi

Fantastic locations and views across Minori town. Relaxing pool and terrace areas. Excellent host in Fabio supported by the super-friendly Maria. Breakfast time alongside other guests was a great start to every day
The beauty of the property was its height above the Tuen but the flip side is lots of steps that are fairly hard work in the heat of the day and early evening. A decent level of mobility is essential.

The location of the hotel is very private, so it's quiet and peaceful. Every morning great breakfast and coffee is served. And the view is outstanding. The crew is very friendly and cheerful, always ready to give you tips on your stay and answer questions. They manufacure their own limoncello from the old family recipe - that is a must as a souvenir!
The one and only minus are the stairs to the hotel. If you have big luggage be prepared for a few stops.
