The location and accommodation were quite nicely balanced in quality/money ratio.

The description might give an idea that jacuzzi is private but it is shared. If you want to use the kitchen (what is quite obvious since brekfast is not included) you are required to pay 20€ extra if you don’t clean the kitchen.

Tassa di soggiorno scritta a 1 euro su booking ma poi il proprietario ha voluto 2 euro a notte ! Parcheggio a 500 metri a piedi facendo 100 scalini e a 20 euro al giorno " facendomi bene " non 15 come scritto, nell' appartamento metà armadi sono chiudi a chiave quindi non si può mettere i vestiti e le proprie cose , GRAVE MANCANZE di scopa , paletta , spugne , stracci per lavare i piatti , ci è stato lasciato un solo rotolo di carta igienica e che tra l altro aveva la muffa e la notte era impossibile dormire perché si sentivano di continuo pugni nei muri( che son di cartongesso ) Ci sarebbe un gran potenziale perché un appartamento a minori è cosa difficile da trovare ma ci sono molte mancanze da parte del proprietario e spero che farà perla di questi consigli per migliorarsi , la tassa di soggiorno va scritta per quello che è come il parcheggio, perché non è quell euro in più o in meno a fare la differenza è l aver speso oltre 30 euro in più tra parcheggio e tasse di soggiorno dichiarando in descrizione altre cifre

the room was clean and had a nice feel, however when paying €200+ a night I would expect to be able to use the kitchen without any additional charge.

the pictures made the property appear nicer than it was, the pool area and outdoor grounds were quite run down and not the same as reflected in the pictures. also the included breakfast was a packaged croissant and packet of Nutella which again is poor for paying a significant amount for the room.

The location is perfect, with nice Ravello and sea view. Solarium and lemon garden very nice maintained, good for relax. We received nice italian brekfast. Tha rooms were cleaned every day. The host, Maria, was very helpful during our stay.

Sweet place, central in lovely Minori. We were four ( two adults and two teenagers)in the appartment. It was just enough space. Nice to have a lot of places to sit outside the apartment. The place is clean and quiet at night. Accommodating hosts.
