Perfect location across from the beach and the main strip in Cowes. Clean, elegant, and luxurious at the same time :) Our second time here!

The walls are a little thin. Sometimes at night one of our bedrooms heard loud noises from the other apartment.

Only negative was lack of wine glasses for guests to use.

Great central location this place. Being a 2 minute walk to the beach and 6 minutes from the main street with shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, modern and had all the facilities and utilities needed for a short stay. Quite surroundings at night time, couldn't hear any neighbours either. Ground level secure shared parking, access to level 1 apartment via lift, stairs or up a ramp at back carpark. Good perks of WiFi and Netflix for those home/work needs and coffee pod machine too. We enjoyed our stay here and certainly would return back!

Not much to not like here! The beds were comfortable though the main bed was a little high up for myself.

Had trouble with the garage door initially but all good once we got help.

There was no fan in the bathroom, the room was like a sauna. No doona provided, just top sheet and blanket. Heaters in bedrooms however can't keep it on all night.

Spacious apartment with an awesome sized balcony that oversees the beach and jetty. Very clean and great range of amenities / functioning kitchen, the beds were comfy and the layout of bedrooms excellent for travelling with kids. Everything in Cowes is close by with a good playground and the beach a very short walk across the road and if you have a car during your stay there's a carpark right under the front door.

A lovely apartment in a beautiful location, with scenic views, lovely walks, good restaurants and close to shops.

The question should rather be, what is there not to like. it’s a fantastic little apartment. Great location, super clean and comfortable, nice views, secure parking, etc etc etc. It has got everything you need for it to be like a home away from home. The check in process was super easy and the host (David) was super helpful, friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay at 130 At The Waves. We will definitely be staying again in the not too distant future. 😊👌

Had trouble getting portable heating to work

The apartments are exceptionally clean, location is amazing, close to the wharf and restaurants and shops. I loved its design, and how everything is setup. Spacious rooms, milk in the fridge, tea & coffee, jacuzzi, heaters - all was nice to have.

1) there are tiles in bathroom and lounge - if you are travelling in winter/cold season, don't forget slippers or extra socks 2) we didn't find where/how to turn on fan in the bathroom 3) excessive amount of emails/reminders - remember to print the map, remember to take out rubbish from kitchen and toilet, remember to take pics before and after to avoid disputes, remember to wash and dry dishes, don't forget to remove make up and don't leave stains on linen and towels, remember to leave not later than 10 am (and someone was knocking our door at 9.45, while we were checking out) Otherwise, it was good.

Very clean and well appointed, beautiful position, will definitely be back.

Great spot, and very clean.

The location is beyond perfect. Just across the road (a non thoroughfare road so easy access) from the beach and around the corner from the main group of shops. A Coles, Woolies and an Aldi are in easy reach as well.

As an extremely minor suggestion a brush and shovel would have been good (I went an bought one for $5 so no biggie) just because you do get sand in. Also a few more rubbish bags would help, there were two for four nights. As I said though EXTREMELY minor suggestions. The place is brilliant.
