No elevator and I have to hold my bags to the third floor and I am a handicap person… very difficult and tiring.. Also check in at 2:00 pm and check out at 10 am .. the day I pay for was only a 20 hours day.. not value for money at all…

Good location. Just a short walk to the beach.

Cardboards in the Bedrooms were hard to open.

The location was fantastic. Very comfortable and big rooms. Super friendly staff, who went above and beyond for my husband (it was a surprise trip for his birthday).

The internet was unstable. No glasses, just alcohol related glasses (beer glasses, wine glasses, etc)

This apartment and grounds are horrible. Dirty kitchen sink, shower and floor. Couch and bed were rock hard. Woken at 7am by construction works literally metres away. The toiletries supplied were half used (lid off), hardly any tea or coffee. Balcony was filthy and no mat when coming inside so you cant wipe your feet. No sound proofing beyween floors, can hear everything above. Steep staircase to get to apartment, so if youre not able bodied, dont bother.

Very clean well equipped apartment. Lots of space and very quiet. It was also close to everything.

The view, but locality made up for that.

Everything. The property was advertised as luxury; however the building was poorly constructed. Appliances were the cheapest possible from Kmart. The couch fell apart. It was advertised as having a sofa bed; and linen provided however this was an extra $50 charge. It was unhygienic. I could continue but don't want to waste my time. I highly recommend to find somewhere else. Do your research of the reviews.

there was not hot water and I was with my kids and traveled all the way from Melbourne and they we all had to sleep without shower. we contacted property manager and he tried to fix but nothing was done and we felt very uncomfortable specially my kids.

The property is of high standard

Situated a short walk from the beach and shops. Great safe car parking. Friendly host. Very secure building. Huge 2 bedroom flat. All tiles, would be cool in summer. Tastefully decorated and furnished.

Cleanliness left a little to be desired, huge clump of hair in the shower and a little mould. Heating was inadequate over the cold Easter weekend. And don't forget your bottle opener, there isn't one there. Very odd layout of the bathrooms...

location was fantastic. Apartment was very spacious with a huge balcony. It was very clean and had all the amenities.

no iron or ironing board

In general total disgrace with the weekend mould in the showers dirty apartment, when you open the kitchen window all you could smell was the rubbish bins below that were overflowing with rubbish, gardens overgrown. During our first day a man was pissing in the gardens. And the final straw was the air-conditioning not working and after this point we just packed up and left. To sum it up a really poor and disgusting apartment complex. Still waiting for the manager to contact us. But safe to say we will not be staying there again. And for anybody else stay away.

minimal dated furniture, view from rear was of a messy building site / derelict, from front of another apartment / building materials - no images on the booking website showed views like these. grounds were messy, full of discarded building materials, shabby. noisy from upstairs guests.

Great location and plenty of room in apartment with a good size kitchen.

Not very clean, not deep cleaned at all. There was also no blinds in the bedroom.

Great location, easy walking distance into the main strip.

The property could have been cleaner. The floor needed a good clean, walking with no shoes left socks pretty filthy and there were cobweb’s in just about every room.
