Beautiful, clean condo. Everything is basically brand new. I am very picky as to where I sleep and I slept very good all week. Comfy beds. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of space. You will not regret renting this condo. Thank you for the stay!

This space looked so nice online and in person it was even better which we didn’t think possible. It was very fresh and clean and new and tastefully decorated. It was casually elegant and comfortable at the same time. It was perfect for our group’s stay...wonderful location, perfectly appointed, no detail was spared. And the roof deck? A fantastic oasis above the hubbub of Ashworth Avenue. We could see water views in almost all directions from that perfect perch. My boyfriend’s daughter put us perfectly: “can we please stay here all summer??” Thanks for having us! Your townhome is lovely and we enjoyed an amazing week there.

This place by far, was the best beach rental in the Hampton/Salisbury area for our family. Elevator entry leading to a penthouse deck view of the Hampton skyline allowing great view of the 4th of July fireworks. This place is completelty modern with all the stated ammenities. A must stay-

Stay of a week, 5 adults and a baby. The condo is clean, spacious, and close to the beach, about 3 minutes. All the essentials are present in the condo. I recommend

My family and I had a wonderful vacation, made all the better by the wonderful accommodations provided by Steve and Leah. They are gracious hosts and their condo is fantastic! Having a separate space upstairs with TV is perfect because my teenage son tends to hog the remote. My mom is 82-years old, so the elevator, convenient parking, and first floor accommodations were perfect for her, as well. The view from the deck provides wonderful views of the ocean and the fireworks on Wednesday nights! Thanks Steve and Leah! Hope we get to do it again next year! Regards, DM

It's a brand new condo located between J and K streets. So easy to get up and out to the beach everyday. We had teenagers with us and they really enjoyed having their own space upstairs. Having 2 bedrooms, den with a huge sofa, large screen tv and a full bathroom kept them happy. We enjoyed the deck during the Wednesday fireworks. The main floor has a fantastic kitchen with all that a person needs during a vacation. Having a full washer and dryer in the hall was very convenient. The master bedroom is roomy with two closets and a full bathroom with only a shower. Another plus is the two parking spaces. Really wonderful place and we would highly recommend it to anyone. One last item, the owner is very easy to work with and very attentive.

This place is immaculate, just gorgeous. If you’re looking to be super close to the boardwalk, beach and nightlife you’ve chosen the perfect spot. You will not be disappointed.

Our family went on our first East Coast Vacation in some time and chose to stay at Steve's condo. It was outstanding ! This condo is great in all aspects, close to the beach and lots of site seeing places, awesome deck where we could watch the Hampton Beach fireworks, top of the line applicances, kitchen, and accomodations. Our vacation could not have turned out better and Steve helped with ideas and suggestions that pointed us in the right directon. Really awesome.
