Our daughter is a teacher and able to get away for Fall Break. We all loved being so close to the beach and Flagler Avenue. Everyone agreed it was so nice to park your car and be able to walk to almost everywhere.

What a delightful week for the family. Easy short walk to the beach just north of the Flagler car ramp. Very nicely appointed with furniture, televisions and kitchen ware. Happily they’ve kept a nice selection of spices and condiments so you don’t need to drag all that stuff with you. Can’t wait to return next summer.

We rented this condo for my husband’s 60th birthday. Upon arrival the condo seemed OK We noticed a lot of construction going on to the condo windows and such exposed insulation in the master bedroom. One of the garages we couldn’t use because they had windows in there so that really limited parking but it was clean. It was conveniently located to the beach. The parking was very tight but doable. Lots of stairs. Pretty much had everything we needed.. upon arrival we noticed the lights flickering a lot on the main floor. My husband is an electrician and he said that’s not good but we were on vacation and dealt with it. We were to stay there from Thursday to the following Wednesday on Sunday night of our stay we were celebrating my husband’s birthday and the lights on the main floor kitchen living room went out for about 20 minutes. Came back on for about five minutes and went back out for the remainder of the night. That obviously ended our celebration. We contacted the owner that evening. Heard back from her about 2 o’clock in the afternoon the next day. She said if we would like to check out early aday early she would refund one day back to us so we spent hours doing that required house work stripping the beds, doing the laundry, making sure all the bed laundry and towels was washed which is a requirement. Or we would be charged more. We went ahead and checked out a day early.

You cannot beat this location. The home is beautiful and decorated amazingly. The property manager responded with any questions within minutes. The home was very clean, had everything you could need and I’m not sure if there is a better location in all of NSB. We will definitely rent this property again.

Great location right on the beach. Two blocks from restaurants and gift shopping . One can walk out the door and right on the beach. No need to drive anywhere

Amazing! Filled with everything on our check list! Shopping, dining, drinks, beach, sunrises, weddings (family and Sunday sunrise one), family, friends, sand, people watching, a few bruises, great waves rides and some not so good ones(heehee), alligator sightings, sharks and unfortunate shark attacks, unforgettable views, manatee sightings (so cute!), sun, sun and more sun! Great thunderstorms! Did I mention the amazing family time, beautiful views, awesome activities and Disney?!!! Awesome, relaxing, exciting and exhausting…this place fills all the needs and wants. Wish we could do this yearly or own it outright. Thank you so much! It’s been a long long time since we have truly vacationed together outside of New England. Natasja was responsive and wonderful, every day anytime! Loved it! All 8 of us did!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The Host was extremely responsive and friendly. The townhouse itself, I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect place to spend our family vacation. The location was amazing, right on the beach. The layout of the townhouse was exactly what we needed to be able to spread out, but then enjoy evenings together as a family playing games and enjoying dinner. Restaurants and shopping were all within just a few minutes walking distance, the beach was quick and easy to get to, with amazing views from the master suite of the unit. The unit was well stocked, very clean, and was everything we needed to enjoy our beach stay. We will definitely be back someday!

Great for our family - great location.

We have stayed at this condo twice. Each time it was a pleasant experience. Right on the beach, room for three teenagers and three adults , and a notebook full of expectations for the guest, check out procedures, and activities to do in the area.

We had a great experience renting this property. Our host Natasja was awesome to work with and had great communication with me. We will be going back!

Property was literally "on the beach". Great location and easy check-in. Owner was very attentive to our requests. Plenty of room for our group of six. We had a great time!

A lovely home. Easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The neighborhood was quiet in spite of the nearby restaurants. We enjoyed our stay snd would come back again.

Perfect location to stay

The location of the property - right on the beach - is fantastic. The home itself was very nice - roomier than we imagined and certainly enough space for a family with teens to spread out. While the weather did not cooperate, we enjoyed staying inside and watching the waves from the living room and the master bedroom. Both have ocean-front views that cannot be beat. It was the perfect weekend getaway. We look forward to coming back for a longer stay.

We stayed at the property whilst on business and it made a perfect location. The property was immaculate inside and out and the owners were very responsive and super helpful. The location of the property was ideal for the beach and the local restaurants and bars. I would whole heartedly recommend this property.

Perfect location for enjoying the coast without the hustle bustle of a city. Other than a few palmetto bugs, which are to be expected, the place was well stocked, great beach access, and quiet.

Steps from the beach and wonderful restaurants and coffee shops, you cannot beat the location. Great views of sunrise from the house, especially the top floor master suite. The host was super responsive and even helped me out when I accidentally left behind some medication. My only complaint is there were some cockroaches in the house. I'm guessing this is quite common in the area, but a bit of a shocker for a Minnesotan not used to bugs quite so big...

This is a great property. The host was fantastic to work with. I would highly recommend this location.

The condo is beautiful, The Master Bedroom is great, but the bunkbed room is right next to it. The Third bedroom is OK no ocean view, and the forth bedroom on the bottom floor is tiny, no dresser, one night stand and not very nice. The patios are small 4 people at most. The location is next to a public parking spot, we had no problem, but we saw the police there quit often kicking out the homeless and riffraff. so we made sure to keep everything locked. Overall it's a nice place for a family but if three couples go, some is going to get a very small room.

It was absolutely stunning! Not only was the house super stocked w/ beach supplies but it was basically on the beach. It was an amazing trip! Natasja was also amazing to work with! We hope to return again next year and rent the same house!

We had a great 5 days at the Pelican Perch. Natasja was great and was available immediately for any questions. The townhouse is spacious, very clean, and has everything you need to enjoy and relax while at the beach. If you have a family and want to be close to the beach and Flagler Ave. this is the spot. Enjoyed staying at this property - communication was prompt and informative, property clean, walked everywhere, parking was slightly tricky with 2 large trucks but worked fine.
