great location and clean

mattresses were a little bit thin but it was fine

It’s very close to the city center so everything is so accessible.

There were many drunk people making so much noise beside my room. other than that, the place was small but lovely.

Hostel location was great. Everything we wanted to see and do was within 5km radius or even less. Daily cleaning of the bathroom. Checkin and checkout instructions was perfect. Bunker bed was cosy and comfortable

I like the location on Ruska, it's very close to the Rynek.

I was in a private room. This hostel has two of them, both of them are on the attic. That makes these rooms dark and really cold. It was really cold my first night that I had to sleep in sweatshirt. Then they turned on boiling. But in winter it should be cold again. If you have a window on Ruska street, it could be really noisy. Even on the door to my room it was said where to buy earplugs. There are concerts at night, especially at Fridays and Saturdays, up to 2 a.m. It's hard to get something from the stuff, as the reception is in a very unusual place and sometimes you have some problems to call them.

Location is very nice. The bathroom and toilet were kept clean. There is a kitchenette- not the best one but ok if you want to cook some very light meals, use the fridge or the microwave.

There is NO service. It's self check in, and while the instructions we got by mail were very clear (although we got wayyyy too many mails from this hotel), one simply cannot run a hotel without any possibility to reach the owners or someone responsible. The office of the company that runs the place is "closed due to covid-19". The phone numbers that were published simply didn't work. Don't expect them to answer your mails on time- and probably they will answer only late night. The only real way to contact them is to call the emergency number that is written in the instructions mail- it's the only number that works!. They also don't have a Whatsapp or any other app for instant messaging, so you have to have the ability to call to a Polish number to reach the hotel owners. There is a kitchenette which was ok overall, except the stove. The stove's dial was broken, it was super old and very, very slow (and only one stove). When I asked it to be fixed (via mail), I've got the amazing answer that 'the stove had been checked, and we were told that it doesn't need a dial to operate'. It is a very interesting concept indeed, a stove that doesn't need a dial to operate like it should- in different modes of heat.. Lastly, when the hotel was full, there wasn't enough toilet paper in the toilets (or at all, in some of the days. The cleaning lady did put one in our room before we got in, but it is still not enough). Because there is no staff- the noise levels from the other rooms are mostly a matter of luck. We were lucky (but less with a supply truck of the near shop :/). If you go there- ask for a room that doesn't face to the street (and the clubs and parties area..). But if you are a light sleeper, it is probably not a good choice for you.

Good communication before the stay and all questions were answered. Late night arrival nicely managed by staff. Room was simple but clean and with a very good location in center of Wroclaw.

Common toilets / shower - you just have to know this. Was not really an inconvenient for us.

beds are quite small. My friends - 194 and 200 cm tall had big problem with sleeping. poor sound acoustics ? - Our neighbor in the other room was knocking to us that we disturbing him, we didn't understand, because we were talking at normal volume.

Easy to follow self check in. This is a room in an apartment, not an ApartHostel, as such. The 3 rooms share a nice bathroom with a large shower. There is also a washing machine. The kitchen is fine, each room has an assigned shelf in the fridge if needed. The location is perfect. You simply turn right when you come out the front door and after less than 500 metres, you are in the beautiful main square. Would stay here again.

The room would originally been the living room for a two bedroom apartment but has been converted into a third bedroom. Therefore things are out of place. There is no bedside table for example.
