Excellent - had everything you could possibly need
Great location- very peaceful and my granddaughter loved feeding the horses, seeing lots of wallabies and hares, listening to the cockatoos and kookaburras
The loaf of bread, butter and jam and litre of milk on arrival was a very welcoming gesture.
Bed was very comfortable and cooking facilities were great to have to help avoid eating out for every meal

Great main bedroom. Enjoyed the horses who came to the fence for carrots. Lots of little extras.

The quiet location, the horses and animals, great shower, good heating and comfy beds. The kids loved feeding the horses carrots each day and spotting the wildlife when driving in and out of the property.

Location was perfect. First time staying in accommodation like the ‘farm’ it was perfect for our family. Will definitely be back! It was an amazing stay.

the screen door did not lock properly. When locked it could be pushed open. No locks on the bathroom windows. window in second bedroom very difficult to relics after opening. Road needs grading to improve washaways.

Beautiful cottage in a peaceful country location that is minutes away from nearby shops and Toowoomba city. The horses visiting by our windows in the morning was definitely a highlight for us!!

The horribly steep, dirt track driveway, no parking spot just grass area at gate

The cottage is very comfortable, well appointed and has a lovely feel.
The birds, the horses who appreciated our carrots, the location, so close to the CBD and yet the feel of being a mile away from it all.
The hot plate is useless, it would be better not to mention it in the amenities so one would cater differently.

Nicely set up inside and out
Needed ceiling fans, even though it was winter it was warm inside.

Isolated. Which was exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately, it poured from when we arrived until we left, but enjoyed the coziness of the rooms. Beds comfortable with cuddly doonas.
Entrance to driveway was steep with the car scraping. Definitely needs concreting with a slope from gateway to front door.
Because of the rain, the paddock to be crossed was boggy and requires gravel or concrete. First day the car was pointing upward and slid backwards when trying to leave.

Loved everything! The location and outlook were beautiful, private and peaceful. The cottage had everything we needed - and more - and it was extremely comfortable. Only wish we could have stayed longer!
