The table was rickety and the tap in the bathroom needed a washer change

the location, beds are comfy, the complimentary shower supplies. Staff was friendly and very nice. The spacious room and car park.
The room wasn’t cleaned properly prior to our arrival. lipstick stains on mugs, previous guests belongings left under the beds, cookware & cutlery not washed.

Very comfortable and adequate for our night's stay. Good parking facilities. Very friendly and informative office manager. Having a guest laundry was a real plus. Our room was in the rear of the complex and was very quiet.

Was awakened by moving trolleys before 7am. The room bins could be slightly bigger and also accommodate for recycling material items.

Next to busy road (but didn’t impact sleep). Little bit far from Toowoomba city centre. It did the job but thought pretty expensive for motor inn.

The staff are friendly and my booking was not correct as I added an extra night which was confirmed by email. Lucky for us the staff member were able to remedy this

We stay here quite regularly when we are in town. The king size rooms are very spacious, and the amenities are very clean. Love that they offer a pizza deal for room service of an evening. Definitely will return back the next time we are in the region.

We booked this place specifically for the spa and it was freezing cold

Very clean, well appointed, quiet and spacious room. The bathroom was much larger than average. The bed was really comfortable.
The balcony door was very dificult to lock but we managed to identify the problem, (the receptionist on duty was not particularly helpful) The toilet flush kept us awake as it kept running, after reporting the issue 3 times to reception the following morning, Thomas the manager came to investigate he was very apologetic and offered us a complimentary breakfast to compensate. Which was a lovely gesture.. The breakfast was delicious! 👍
