This small cottage is the epitome of charm. Located in a canyon, the neighborhood will remind you of how Orange County looked in “the old days”. While cottage is small, you won’t feel cramped. Nice lot size, lovely patio and modern kitchen.

We loved our stay here! The place is quaint. We loved the farmhouse touches in decor, and the barn doors. Highly recommend.

My wife and I had a pleasant time staying at your cozy cottage. We had a chance to walk around the neighborhood and met Spike and her two lovely pups. We had no idea that this area existed. It's a hidden gem. We'll definitely be back.

Home was very clean and updated. Quiet location. Room for our 2 Siberian huskies to play in the yard. Would highly recommend.

The home is a bit off the beaten path, but well worth it. Very clean and updated. All the switches are marked as to what they turn on. Under cabinet lights, Bluetooth speaker a plus. TV in den and bedroom worked great. Nice size yard for dogs. We have 2 Siberian Huskies who loved it. Well fenced for security and keeping the dogs where they belong. Bathroom was very clean and all appliances worked. Keurig coffee maker and hair dryer. No iron, but who uses one anymore. Well stocked with everything. Great heater keeps house warm. Outside fire ring is propane and worked fine. It was only my wife and I along with the 2 dogs. Perfect. Will definitely check to see if available next visit to the area. Park and walking trail near by. Owner is easy to contact and quick replies. I'd give it 6 stars if I could.

Great location

We stayed at this Trabuco Canyon cottage last week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Clean - check, well appointed - check, parking - check, great yard - check, quiet evenings and nights - check. Next time we are looking for a place to stay in OC for a few days or a week - this spot is it. Highly recommend.

The cottage iz in a great location in Trabuco Cyn. The cottage is roomy and was very comfortable for the two of us plus our 90 lb golden retriever. Debi was a fantastic host. Her communication with us made the trip very enjoyable. Very near O'Neil park. Good food and spirits close by. Will definitely go back.

Very cool little cottage with a nice yard for dog owners. The area is tucked away in a little horse / equestrian community. Great place to stay for an individual or couple!

Excellent. A little mix up on arrival time but all was remedied

This was an amazing cottage in a very handy location for my niece's wedding. From the moment we drove up to the property to when we departed, we were so impressed with all the details the owners took to designing, decorating, and supplying this cottage... we keep saying what a cute place!!! The house was immaculately clean and what a nice welcome basket filled with snacks and even a bottle of wine. For our dog there were multiple bowls, treats, and even a new tennis ball for play in the well fenced yard. The kitchen was stocked with every item you could possibly need, but the little extras like tea & coffee for the keurig added so much to our weekend. The cottage was exactly like the photos, but the outside yard was larger than expected. Although we were too busy to use the fire-pit, it would a wonderful way to spend an evening outside. Nearby there were great restaurants and hiking trails along with good biking! If we're ever in the area again we would FOR SURE try to rent this cute cottage again. Properties like this are what make VRBO so popular.... clean, cute, quiet, and homelike!

I stayed for two nights, an excellent, beautiful place to stay, beautiful nature surrounding, wonderful owner. They provided everything. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you for letting me enjoy your beautiful property. Kevin

For anyone with dogs, this rental is a godsend. Fenced grass yard accessed by 2 doors. Water bowls and doggie bed provided. And for anyone without pets this cottage is still a treasure. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, plates, coffee maker, toaster, wine bottle opener - you name it. Forman Grill - I could go on and on. Orange tree in back had loads of oranges. Ample parking. The only 2 things not fully positive: 1 - I think a prior tenant must have left the propane on. We had trouble lighting it. Would flicker but not fully turn on. Could have been not knowing how to use it but we did follow the directions. We think tank was empty. 2 - When the couch if converted to pull out bed there is zero walking space around it. No real solution to that except to close the bed up again or just crawl over it which is what we did. Everything else - Magnificent.

We asked at the last minute to change the dates of our 4-night stay due to snow storms en route. This was done quickly and graciously with help from the owner which we truly appreciated. We moved everything one day earlier and consequently arrived ahead of one storm and left one day earlier too and missed the next storm. The property is beautifully cleaned and the most generously equipped property we have ever stayed in. Right down to the Welcome Basket with a tennis ball for the dog. What a nice touch! Dog bowls provided on a doggy mat and a jar of doggy treats on the counter. The fenced yard with lawn was perfect for the dog. Bed was comfortable, kitchen perfect. Lovely décor with items that must have taken thought and a lot of tracking down. Plush towels in bathroom and good kitchen towels too. This is definitely the best VRBO property we have ever experienced and we have stayed at a few!

This is a great property to stay at for a quick get away. The decor is so cute and the house is so clean! We loved our weekend stay and the dogs loved it, as well. The hospitality was amazing!

In short, this place is outstanding! Comfortable, well-appointed cottage on a very pretty property. Location is quiet and perfect for a relaxing time away from the city. Hope to come back soon for a longer visit!
