The hotel caters to high school sports teams comprised of adolescents, who don’t know how to stay at hotels. My stay this time was marked by teenagers, jumping and pounding on the floor above me. Two years ago, they had cheerleaders who decided to practice their cheers in the hallway at 11:30 at night.

Amazing! Very nice and very clean. Pool and hot tub was nice! Area was really nice, quiet and pretty.

Hotel reception was friendly and obliging. My room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. I should’ve booked an extra night.

Excellent customer service, accommodations, breakfast, and value. The breakfast was excellent, with homemade chile, scrambled eggs with ham and mushrooms, tasty potatoes, and a variety of options that included cereal, juices, pancakes, toasts, etc. You cant beat the value with nice accommodations.

So far is the hotel best hotel we have stayed at the location with the view is beautiful. Breakfast was amazing love the fact that you see them cooking it and you can eat outside. Will definitely going back there on our trips.

The staff was pleasant and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the bed was uncomfortable. The sheets were rough and mattress lumpy. Otherwise, it's a nice hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were very comfortable. The complimentary breakfasts were very filling. The facilities and amenities were exceptional. The fitness room was well-appointed and the pool environment was welcoming. We loved the location in relation to all our stops.

There is a chef that serves you breakfast behind a food bar, love it. This hotel is pet friendly so don't be surprised if you find dog hair all over the carpet. Found the guest before us hair in the shower as well but over all hotel was good, safe and worth the money.

Nicely decorated rooms. Air conditioner and fan made distracting noise's that kept me awake at night. I asked the front desk to have maintenance look at it, but the problem was not fixed.

Stayed at this hotel for a wedding nearby. Staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean and decently sized! The swimming pool and hot tub were both very clean as well! Lots of parking space and parking was complementary with the stay which was a welcome relief! Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

A Saturday - Sunday stay. The building fire alarm went off a 3;30 am for a minute or two. We were not advised what to do next (was it a fire?) and never got back to sleep. Cancelled plans for Sunday whole reason for our stay. on 3rd business day with no call back from Management. The entire breakfast room was speaking about it on Sunday morning.

Great hotel! Location is beautiful. Will be staying here again in the future.

All was okay the sheets were not changed they smell like men’s cologne and were not clean . In the middle of the night someone set the fire alarm went off and woke up me out of my sleep. Breakfast was cold ;( not yummy at all .

I recently stayed at the Ayres Suites Mission Viejo – Lake Forest and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the expansive parking lot, which made finding a spot incredibly easy and stress-free. The suite itself was spacious and beautifully appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning view from the pool area. It was the perfect place to unwind and soak in the serene surroundings. I also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's bar and grill. The food was delicious, and the staff was friendly and attentive, making the dining experience delightful. Each morning, I looked forward to the complimentary breakfast. There was a wide variety of options available, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Overall, the Ayres Suites Mission Viejo – Lake Forest exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of excellent amenities, beautiful views, and top-notch service makes this hotel a true gem. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in the area!

The room is very clean and comfortable to stay. My only complain was the breakfast service. The main courses were not self-serving but given by a lady. My husband asked two more scoop of scrambled eggs and she refused. However, I didn't get the same amount as his, but reduced amount because the server decided I should eat less because I am woman. This makes us feel very uncomfortable because how much you can eat was determined by somebody else but not yourself. In addition, she was very impatient when we ordered the food.

Front desk was slow. Too busy visiting with checked in customers while others waited in line.

Room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet - even though we were quite close to breakfast and pool, we heard nothing! Breakfast was amazing - never had someone serving me a free hotel breakfast before. I'd never heard of Ayres before this reservation - now that I've seen this I'll look for it in the future.
