Great location… just a few cleaning issues.. microwave, cobwebs interior in main room..

This is a basic property in a good location. Bed was very comfortable, living room less so.

Loved this house, it was really handy for town, close to everything but quiet for relaxing.

Adeline Cottage was absolutely perfect. Best location we've stayed on our trips to Port Fairy. The house had everything you could need, including some kitchen essentials like S&P, oil and tea/coffee and sugar, plus more. The beds were comfy and enough space for the kids to have their space also. We had a brilliant time walking to town (coffee place less than 100m away - yay) and Pea Soup beach.

Adeline Cottage is perfectly placed for a stay in Port Fairy, a town we love! The cottage has everything you would need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday where you can just park the car and walk to everything. The garden is a secluded spot where you can sit and soak up the sun’s rays. Highly recommended.

Lovely, homely cottage and perfect location close to beach and shop/cafes. Outdoor terrace and garden was a lovely sunny spot to unwind with a book and listen to the birds. The toasty and efficient wood burner was a welcome treat when a cold change came through during our stay. Thank you to the hosts for a comfortable stay.

Lovely cottage situated a 5-minute walk from the town center. Beautiful little space with a lovely garden and magical fireplace. 10/10 stay.

This cosy cottage is in a great location with a lovely garden. However, the kitchen cupboards, (inside and outside) and oven were not clean making us reluctant to use the kitchen. The lounge was collapsing and uncomfortable. There was no Wifi - the only property of 8 we stayed in on a 4 week road trip without this option. The wood fire and electric blankets were lovely. We would stay in the property again if the cleanliness was addressed.

Conveniently located, very cosy, clean and welcoming with lovely garden and we were lucky to have sunshine! Thank you very much.

Adeline Cottage was in the perfect location - centrally located but in a quiet area of town. We loved walking everywhere to explore and being able to bring our dog too. The hosts were easy to communicate with and responsive to questions.

Loved the cottage! Had all amenities necessary and the bottle of champers was much appreciated! Lovely cottage garden and good back yard for our dog. Very convenient to main business street and amenities. Hosts very helpful with retrieving forgotten items thanks!

We loved our stay at this lovely renovated cottage. Located at the town end of a lovely street & close to nice walks. Bring your mozzie spray tho as they are ravenous!

Second stay in 12 months. Was a lovely break. Including a wild August thunder storm one afternoon/night (what's a west coast winter break with a storm or wind). Home perfect size. Kitchen great. Couple of nights used the open fire - lit easily and burnt well heating the room. Did some lovely drives along the coast in both directions. And inland to Penhurst and Koroit (great IGA at the latter - one of the best I've been to). Trip was cut short by a personal issue that required us to return home but that has nothing to do with the home. If there was any negative it's only the lack of wifi...but knowing about the DVD player, we took a few DVDs we still had and 4G is good enough to stream to your tablet as well. Really recommend the cottage. Location quiet. Nice deck out back. Washer and dryer very very handy.

The property was clean, warm and cosy. We had everything we needed for a perfect winter beach getaway. The location couldn't have been better for access to dog friendly reserves, a gorgeous beach and the town centre! I would recommend this home to anyone and hope to return again. Thank you

Adeline Cottage is a cosy retreat close to the Main Street of Port Fairy. We were able to park the car on the first day and then walk to everything. The cottage was warm and welcoming, we felt at home immediately. We loved our stay.

The cottage was so cute and very safe for our dog. Boreas and Anita had left plenty of firewood, some lovely bubbles. And a cosy home. We so enjoyed it! Jenny

Really enjoyed our stay

The house matches it's photos and description. Comfortable stay and easy picturesque walks to both shopping and beaches. Nice and clean. It was great for our old dog too with its sheltered well fenced garden. We enjoyed it. Things that could be improved - the shower door in the ensuite didn't close properly and water leaked out to the floor, no bathmats provided, only 3 cereal/soup bowls for 4 people. The town water has a strong taste which is not so pleasant for drinking but there was no rain water or drinking water provided. There is an extra tap in the kitchen but no water came out.

Well kept and organised.

My bed was comfortable but my friends thought their beds were too short for them. Prob would be fine for kids. Could have done with more cups and plates as needed to handwash even though dishwasher avail.
