Close to everything but away from hustle and bustle.

This house was perfect for our little get away. We were able to cook dinner when snowed in and everything worked as should! Thank you for letting us stay!!

Cute 3 bedroom close to everything! This was perfect for my stay visiting friends locally while working remotely and not too far to also spend time with my college kid who is in Estes Park this year. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Quick access to I25 corridor and plenty to do all around you or eithin a short drive at an amazing price point. Would certainly look to stay here again for just me ir with my family!

Beautiful inside, close to Manitou, Pueblo Cliff dwellings, Wild West museum, Garden of the Gods, etc. Grocery store around the corner. We’ll stocked with linens and pillows, some games, even laundry soap and dryer sheets!

Great time staying here! Great location 7 minutes from downtown Colorado with many shops and eating, close to garden of the gods and easy to get in and out! Very clean and easy process. Would stay here again if in the area :)

This cute little house is exactly as described. You really do get the whole house! Some of the houses I looked at ended up being either adjacent to a main house or upstairs/downstairs. It’s a great 3 bedroom house in a quiet neighborhood. It suited our needs, had everything we needed & was close enough to everywhere we wanted to go. The hosts had simple & sensible rules. I appreciated open communication. Easy check in/out process. Great place to stay. Highly recommend.

Cute little home with excellent location to Garden of the Gods and other Colorado Springs attractions! A few items in the home weren't working correctly but my husband was able to fix them for us. A few areas could use a little more detailed cleaning but overall great stay!

On arriving at the property, we immediately noticed that several of the surrounding properties did not look well maintained and this property's front yard was overgrown and the front entry needed sweeping off. The front door handle did not seem secure which was troublesome. The home itself was well decorated and cozy. Some remodeling and updating has been done and the kitchen was well stocked with coffee and it was clean. The beds were comfy and overall the stay was nice and a good value for money. We had no issues with the neighbors and it was fairly quiet overall. It was close to areas that we wanted to visit.

On the plus side, the house is well decorated and the beds were comfortable. It has all of the necessities and is in a central location which was great for our visit with family. The house would benefit from a deep cleaning, particularly the baseboards and bathroom fan vent. The yard needs to be cleaned up, lots of weeds, dead branches and overgrown plants and shrubs.. We expected a carport, as advertised, but it is actually attached to the garage and is serving as a patio.

This property is located on a dead end street in a residential neighborhood. On approach to the property, some of the properties on the street were not well maintained and the front yard of this property was overgrown with trees and not landscaped at all. From the exterior, we had concerns about this property. Once in the property we were pleased with how it was decorated, it was clear that the interior had been recently remodeled with new appliances, updated kitchen, living room and bath. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was nicely stocked with condiments, coffee, and other necessities for cooking. The bathroom was stocked with soap and shampoo. This property is conveniently located to Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, and Flying W Ranch. The biggest criticisms are as follows: the curb appeal of this property is seriously lacking, the backyard was all river rock, the grill was filthy dirty (we did not use for this reason), the interior of the house had a loose front door handle, which was concerning, but the deadbolt lock worked fine, the area rug in the living room was dirty, the bathroom vent fan was nearly clogged with dust and dirt, and the kitchen floor had a greasy film on it. Overall, although nicely decorated, this property was a bit cramped for five people and one mirror in the bathroom made it challenging for five people to get ready in the a.m. For the price, this property was a good value compared to staying in a hotel room and it served our purposes of providing us a place to stay and prepare meals while on vacation.

The house is tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood, but central to all the activities we planned to do. We visited Garden of the Gods, Royal Gorge Bridge & rafting, Pike's Peak, Seven Falls, Olympic Training Center, Airforce Academy, ate at the Depot, and helped keep a few Dutch Bros in business. ;) Extras were provided which I was not planning on: dishwasher and laundry pods, air freshener, ketchup & other condiments, a small cooler, a charging station, games, and a variety of pamphlets for various attractions. The house worked out well for our family of 5, 2 adults and children 17, 15 & 10. One thing I wish we would have had was another mirror as there was only one in the bathroom. I could have packed something along if I'd known, but in the end it isn't a deal breaker and we managed just fine. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful and cozy. Close to major road ways and many of the sites we wanted to see. Great shower pressure and quiet neighborhood. Our host was very helpful and communication was great! Fantastic place to stay!

House was wonderful and perfect for our short stay in Colorado Springs. Great quality beds and linens, well-appointed kitchen, great decor and very clean. Location is great - central and close to plenty of attractions. The landscaping is a bit overgrown in front but the inside is fabulous.

We loved this adorable house. The house is in a great location to explore all of Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas. The listing is very accurate in terms of time it takes to get to the entrance of Pikes Peak, cave of the winds, etc. The kitchen is well-stocked and had all the pots and pans we needed to eat in a few nights. We also loved using the grill in the backyard! The beds were firm- just as we like them, and the linens very comfortable. My 4 and 5 year olds had a great time playing in the backyard. We had such a wonderful stay, and I recommend this house for anyone traveling in the area. The area is an eclectic mix of homes and very quiet. We didn’t have any loud street or noise from the neighbors. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

It is a nice little place that is right by a lot of great places to go.

We loved our stay. It was close to so many great activities. It was cozy and inviting. The owners of the house have put some serious thought in how they have set up and equipped the house the house. No complaints. Would stay here again!

We stayed 2 nights with our family of four and had a wonderful time. Both kids liked having their own bedroom. The living room was cozy and the kitchen, while small, has all new appliances. It’s clear everything was recently remodeled. There is no central air conditioning but there are three window units that easily cool the house without being too noisy.

We had a great visit and the property was excellent. It was in a wonderful location. Great view, central to pretty much everything, and it was clean, cute & comfortable. The kitchen was nice, there was cookware, plates, glasses, utensils, etc. which was great since we didn't want to eat out for every meal. The beds were super comfortable & there was a hammock outside that my son really liked lol. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would love to stay there again next time we visit Colorado Springs!

The house is perfect for a small family, beds are firm and comfy. Hosts have thought through what you may need and we felt like we were truly on vacation while we stayed here. The decor is exactly as pictured, smells wonderful and very clean - even the couches had been vacuumed! It has 3 window units, a washer/dryer, great linens, and everything you need in the kitchen - even K-cups! Only thing I would suggest is to fix the front door. It wont lock from the outside so you have to exit through the side door. Great stay and would highly recommend this place. Our fave places were Garden of the Gods, Helen Hunt Falls, and Manitou Springs. Great places to eat were: Urban Egg, Drifters, Pikes Peak Chocolates and Ice Cream, Heart of Jerusalem (best Mediterranean food EVER). I can also highly recommend Massage Green Spa

We stayed here for two of our days in CO. It is a really cute house with everything you need and comfy beds. Prompt and clear communication, listing is accurate. It is only about a mile to Old Colorado City for shopping and dining, and about 20 minutes to the start of Pikes Peak Highway.

This property is one of the prettiest rentals we've ever stayed in, and the hospitality was outstanding. Everything was obviously fresh and new; there were tons of towels and quality linens on the beds, a wide selection of coffees, and a well-stocked kitchen. There was even a little basket filled with treats waiting for us when we arrived. We really appreciated the charging station with multiple plug types in the living room. I would definitely recommend this property!
