We loved our stay here in Florence. It was the perfect location, central to all major sight-seeing attractions without being too loud. The ease of communication with the hosts throughout was simple. And the apartment was just beautiful and had everything we needed! I will be recommending this place to my friends and family who visit Florence. 10/10

Located in historic center with a beautiful view of the Duomo. Great living space. The stairs are worth the climb! The elevator came in handy for luggage.

What a lovely apartment! Better than the pictures. Andrea met us at the parking garage across the street then took us over and showed us around his wonderfully appointed home. He provided us multiple suggestions, and made himself available for anything we needed. The location is outstanding and walkable to everywhere you would want to visit. The apt was airy n modern, sImple n clean decor! Sitting in the living room relaxing n viewing the Duomo from the window is a real treat. Everyone enjoyed their stay at Covoni residence!

We had a fabulous time biking, shopping, and eating our way through Florence with friends. The accommodations were fantastic and the location was very convenient to everything. Would highly recommend this unit for two couples.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful and has a mixture of new architecture along with many of the original exposed beam ceilings which makes for a fascinating contrast. All the work was extremely well done and everything functions perfectly. In addition, the location is absolutely fabulous as you are within walking distance to more or less everything in town. You're surrounded by great restaurants and attractions right outside your door. I highly recommend this place and Andrea was fantastic to work with and very responsive

Andrea and Greta are great, the apartment was actually even better than expected. It's quite large and in a great location. I would highly recommend it!

The apartment was wonderful - even better than the photos! First class design and quality fittings and furniture. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Also, the attention to detail provided by Andrea and Greta was very welcome. They were friendly and attentive. They provided complimentary tea, coffee, water and wine on our first day as well as breakfast supplies for the following day. And they were at the end of the phone, if needed (although there was nothing we needed). Excellent restaurant suggestion too - we had a superb meal at Fratellini, just down the road from the apartment. On top of all this, the location was excellent - minutes from Il Duomo and within walking distance of most of the major attractions of Florence. All in all, a perfect base to explore this beautiful city. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else for future visits to Florence. Thank you Andrea and Greta!

Look no further. We loved our apartment! Perfect for our group of five, and could easily have had a couple more. Very clean and well equipped. Andrea and Greta have paid attention to details and gone above and beyond what I have seen in the other properties we have stayed. It was a wonderful central location. Residenza Covoni is a beautiful modern apartment. It is well appointed with every comfort of home. Andrea and his assistant met us upon our arrival and saw us into the apartment and gave us a tour of their home. Andrea was always available for questions and very helpful. The location is perfect with a beautiful view of the Duomo and a 5-10 minute walk to all of the important destinations in central Florence. We will definitely stay here again when we retun to Firenze.

The owners were very pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
