As advertised, great house. Plenty of space for big family with kids.

I booked the house to celebrate my 60th birthday with a week on the Island with my daughters and girlfriends. There were 11 of us ranging in age from 24-77. The house was PERFECT. The pictures are very accurate - although they don't do the house justice - it's even better in person. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax by yourself, but to also come together as a group for meals, yoga, games, swimming, movies, etc. And the location was great. For those that wanted to walk or bike into town it was very doable (about 1 mile) and for those that needed to Uber - one was never more than 10 minutes away (even going into the holiday weekend). The bicycles, provided by the owner, are in great condition and of various sizes. The property management team are exceptional - from Mike the overall property manager, to Tigran and his team who handle maintenance issues, and Heloise and her team who keep the property spotless. We only had a few minor maintenance issues (the iron did not work, the fireplace remote batteries died and there were none in the house to replace them) and they were handled immediately and graciously!! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub at all hours of the day and night, as well as the covered porch and lounge chairs. And the firepit was a great place to gather and talk once the sun went down and the air chilled a bit. If you are looking for a spot to host a large group, I'd highly recommend this house. If I host another large gathering in Nantucket, I'll definitely book this house again.

We travel all over the world and us VRBO frequently and I will say this house is in the top 2 we have ever stayed in. The house is well maintained, supplied and is set up for entertaining. The property manager was extremely good at communications and was very helpful in the coordination of additional concierge services. There were may small details that you do not see in many rental homes like, the quality of the bedding, furniture, kitchen appliances, art work, landscape, etc..

Honestly, this place is the perfect place to stay in Nantucket. Amazing house and great pool area.

Truly a great house. Only issue I saw, which didn't really affect us because we were up early with little ones and were leaving on flights on Sunday, was the early start of the workers across the street and next store. Sawing away at 7a.m. on both Saturday and Sunday was a little surprising but again didn't bother us because the majority of our group was up and running around after little ones! Perhaps 8 a.m. would be a bit more palpable! Although we didn't have any issues manager "T" made it clear he was around to help with anything! Thanks...

The property was amazing. It was perfect for the two families we brought with us. It was close to the town amd beaches It was very clean and the manager was very helpful with anything we needed which was not much. We will definitely be coming back.

The home was beautiful. Perfect location! The bikes on the property were very handy. The home accommodated 5 families easily. Pool was amazing as was the hot tub. The home was appointed nicely with kitchen supplies. We love to cook on vacation so this was great. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home. We had 10 adults and 10 children in our group, with plenty of room and some to spare! The home is even more spacious than pictured. The property manager was extremely accommodating and gracious. We would definitely stay here again.

Well last Feb break we were at the beach in Cancun...however with the Covid rules we couldn't leave the state this year. We needed to get creative and decided Nantucket in Feb could be a fun adventure. This house was absolutely PERFECT. We have 3 families of 4. Kids in preschool up to 2nd grade. We didn't even need the guest house and all slept comfortably and had so much space. The kids had a blast between the ping pong, indoor basketball game and the amazing movie theater. We had a gorgeous cooked meal one night by a local chef and did take out the other nights. It was a much needed getaway. In the off season the island still has so much cozy comfort to offer.

The house was perfect for our daughters wedding. Beautiful modern design with high end finishes. Along with the heated pool and hottub with a water fountain Made for a great gathering place before the nuptials. Such a great location being a corner house . We had lots of privacy for her special day.

This rental was probably one of the best with VRBO so far. House was just perfect in every way possible. Super clean and comfortable beds is every room including the cottage!

We rented this house as a place for our wedding party to stay and it was absolutely perfect! The house itself was stunning and made for a wonderful home base for our wedding weekend. It had space for everyone to hang out together, as well as enough privacy for 20 people. The guys loved watching soccer games in the (secret) theater room, and at night everyone would relax on the patio and it was the perfect way to unwind. This house was immaculate and everything about it was absolutely perfect! We cannot wait to stay here again in the future.

The property is beautiful, accommodated the brides extended family. Great place to stay for a large family gatherings.

We stayed at the end of August with several families, and this house was excellent. Great location near town, very nice pool, and plenty of space for adults and children alike. The property manager was extremely responsive and very easy to work with.

From beginning to end, our Nantucket vacation week was wonderful. The house had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. There is so much room to hang out, eat and sleep. The beds are sooo comfortable, the bathrooms are beautiful and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and soap! It was like staying at a hotel! The kitchen is amazing! We cooked and grilled fish we caught on the island!! The pool and hot tub were a refreshing way to end the day after biking to the beach. Bikes come with the house (although some of the gear shifters don’t work). We will always remember this house as the loci for one of our best vacations. Thank you!!

We loved staying here--we didn't want to leave! The house was beautiful, an enjoyable walk to town, and had all of the beach amenities you could ever need. Mike and Helosia were great to work with. Cannot recommend 4OMC enough!

This place is perfect for groups, esp if you are bringing kids. The entire place is perfectly appointed and planned out. We had a blast!!!

Outstanding home for multi generational family vacation.

The check-in process was smooth, and connected with Michael (the property manager) a few times before arriving. The house was in perfect condition, and as expected from all of the pictures. All of the technology in the house worked without issue. We will gladly come back when we need a house of this size again soon!

This was an amazing home. Lots of space, clean, and great pool/spa. The lay out of the house was perfect for our family reunion. If you are a family that cooks a lot you may need to bring your own specialized cooking supplies. Also don’t use any Waze/google maps it will take you down a dirt road that dead ends. Ask for specific directions. We all had a wonderful time and we will definitely return.

We had a fantastic time at 4 Old Mill Court. Mike and the property owner were wonderfully accommodating to our requests - even letting us in a bit early to prepare for a cocktail hour and guest arrival on the island. Our guests raved about the accommodations and loved the features of the home especially the theater, pool, and use of bikes. Having easy access to the town and the ability to just relax at the home and yard made everyone's weekend. I can't say enough about Mike's willingness to help us. Excellent customer service. We would highly recommend staying at this property and can't wait to do it again! Thank you, thank you for all of your help on our wedding weekend!
