Beautiful property, excellent location, breathtaking views, well appointed. Great spot for the family, and the hot tub is a must after a days hiking or skiing. Would totally recommend this house.

Great location to enjoy Queenstown.

The Hadden's is in a fabulous location so close to town with wonderful views. The house layout works really well for different age groups and we even managed with a 15 month old as well. The facilities are all very good and the hot tub was a surprise hit too! The deck area is perfect for family drinks & dinners. We had a wonderful family reunion here in Queenstown and would definitely book this property again.

The location is 2 blocks from the heart of town but a very steep climb. The house and gardens were spectacular with all the mod cons. Our family loved our Christmas stay here

The walk up the hill was a killer, but well worth it. Being so close to town was awesome and the views were outstanding.

Certainly 5 star accomodation with views to die for. Ideally located with a hill climb from town to test the heart rate. Very modern and clean , including hot spa ready to go. Would highly recommend and stay here ever again.

Despite the rainy weather the Haddens was a fantastic place for us to stay. Views over lake Wakatipu meant we could watch the NYE fireworks from the house. Will stay again. Loved it and so close to town.

Very lovely house with wonderful view across the town and lake. Very well equipped with nice linen and towels. Easy short downhill walk into town, but steep uphill back. Stayed there last year and would definitely return again.

House was advised correctly! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this house it was very convenient being only a five minute walk into town, walking up the hills to get back was bit of a struggle but it was worth it! The house was always dry and warm to come home to which was really good and having a drying room to dry your snow gear was excellent and convenient. Underfloor heating was great too! The only thing that let us down was we had Gardner’s arrive early in the morning around 9 am chopping down trees, blocking the drive way and with a loud mulch cutter machine going, I had a friend who was sleeping so he got a bit mad about The lack of respect and consideration, considering we did pay a lot of money to book this holiday home and having to be woken up early in the morning with the loud noise and no warning or anyone letting us know of this maintenance happening was a little bit annoying, so I had to park the car down them drive and go back and forth from the house to the car to get all my snow gears which was bit of a mission, After we checked out we where asked where the garage key was but we did not touch it - turns out the Gardner’s had it! All in all was a beautiful stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thanks

Really enjoyed staying at this stylish townhome and walking to everything! Very spacious when considering staying at either a hotel or townhome. Open floorplan with great outdoor space and lots of windows that capitalize on the incredible village and mountain views. Highly recommend.

This was a beautiful property in a beautiful location. The view from the living/dining room is spectacular. You are only two blocks from the main restaurants and shopping. You can get to all of the activities by walking and in some cases catching a bus provided by the company (e.g. bungy jumping). Because the house in two steep blocks from town, this place is best for people that enjoy walking and do not mind a bit of a climb. We would highly recommend this place to anybody visiting Queenstown.

The property was excellent for two friends and I on a five day trip to queenstown. Located up a short hill right on the edge of the main city, it was easy to access everything queenstown had to offer. We very much enjoyed our stay. There were plenty of beds, a comfortable kitchen and living room with TV, and a washer and dryer too (no laundry detergent though). I’d definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

We didn't expect the owner to replace the broken toaster with a new one within 24 hours after my daughter casually mentioned to him. However, we did find few of the dining chairs were wobbly and for such a beautiful home there is a bit lack of amenities like shampoo, conditioner and hand/body wash.

The home was surprisingly warm.Beds were comfortable, spacious, etc. The only concern we had, (We are all over 60 years) for our needs the kitchen was lacking basics, ie; we purchased tea strainers and left them behind. Notices in the house threaten extra charges if kitchen, barbeque is not cleaned properly, but there was no detergent for the dishwasher, sponges or proper scourers, again we purchased our own. Notice if TV programme is altered, charge $150.00 to fix, however no instructions on its use were to found. There were three dangerous chairs, broken wine glass and coffee cup. These were disappointing! The manager did come and see us ASAP. That said, we understand these issues will be addressed by the owners. Yes, we would suggest the property to friends and relatives. Location and views were second to none, we enjoyed drives to surrounding areas, Arrowtown, Glenorchy, and ate at various local restaurants including Botswana Butchery, and Coyote Grill ( great Mexican food).

The location is a 5 minute walk to the village but a 10 minute walk back as the hill is very steep. The views from the property face South over the lake and are awesome, sunset in particular is a great time to see the colours changing over The Remarkables. The house fit 5 of us comfortably and we loved hanging out in the living room and dining area and enjoying the views of the water. The house was clean and had everything we needed including a washer and dryer. The only problem was we couldn't get the dishwasher to work, but we just washed our dishes by hand. The walk into town was very quick and we got great exercise walking up the hill multiple times a day!
