The place was very clean backyard perfect for our dog great location easy access to everything. The living room tv didn’t work so well had lines all through the picture could barely see screen 1 small tv in sitting area worked fine. No tv’s in bedrooms that would of been nice. Overall with the few things described it was great!

This “bungalow” was very neat and clean. Nice quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the ocean. Only comment for improvement was the backyard which consisted of dirt and dead leaves. We stayed for a month and was well satisfied.

Cute little beach house in nice neighborhood. It was nice to have a fenced in yard for the dogs, but a little dog (escape artist like ours) might be able to get through a couple of places in the fence. The house was clean and had an adequately equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay there again!!

The sea foam bungalow was super cute and so close to the beach. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay.

Had a great stay visiting extended family in Myrtle Beach for Thanksgiving. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Yard was fantastic for pets. Location is close to beach and all amenities on Hwy17. Convenient to return home and check on pups between fun activities. Enjoyed walking on beach and walking to mini-golf

We enjoyed our eight days at Seafoam, the fenced in backyard was the selling point for us- our dogs loved it. The home has everything we needed, all linens and towels, comfy bed and privacy. Thanks Nina for having us

This little cottage was perfect for my husband, hound dog, and myself. It sits on a quiet little street that is minutes (walking) to the beach. Place is exactly as described. Fenced back yard for the dog was nice. Ours tends to find excape routes so we teatered him to a tree.. lol. Bed was comfy, everything was supplied, it was nice to have a washer & dryer, and the kitchen had everything you need, including an ice maker. The neighborhood was so nice to walk in the mornings & evening. We rented a golf cart from Trailblaze down the street.. we drove it to the beach daily w our gear. Public parking is $3 an hour but you can park at trailblaze for free. It was across the street from public access so it was perfect. The golf cart was great to drive to putt putt, the pancake house for breakfast, or dinner. Lots around this little cottage. Including plenty of parking out front- steps away from the door! We would def stay here again. Those who said it was older, yes it is-- but thats whats great! Its cute & has charm! It was clean , cozy, and made a great home for 8 days. It has a great back deck & cute front porch. Bring a baby gate/bungees if you want your pooch out front with you. Its nice to sit out there w all the shade trees:) Thanks for a great stay, prompt communication, and awesome trip! Highly recommend !!

House was perfect. Just the right size for our family and also having a fenced back yard was so great with the dog. Property manager did a great job with communication the whole time we were there.

This is a very small house with limited amenities, maybe 800 square ft. The backyard is advertised as fenced but the fence is not complete on one side and our dog cut his nose on the unattached section next to the house as it is just a loose roll of metal with sharp ends. They have no grill and only a half size oven with a couple pots and pans, not enough to cook for more than 2 people. The bed was so uncomfortable that I had to sleep on the couch because after the first night I could not stand up straight. The shower leaks all over the floor so we had to use all the towels to clean it up. The furniture is out dated and not safe for having children in the house with wobbly glass tops on several coffee tables. We had to move them so our son would not hurt himself, we forgot to move them back which led to an excessive cleaning charge. They also said we did not clean up after our dog, but there was poop all over the yard when we got there. The owners wanted to change us a fee of $160 as they needed to extra clean the house? As I said it is very small, we put all towels in the shower and the only couple dirty dishes where in the dishwasher. They reduced to $100 but we payed a pet fee and a cleaning fee already. I don't know why they would do this for moving some wicker furniture and a bed about 8 inches to fit in the corner? Seems like they were trying to make more money from rental. Also, the roof is metal with no insulation so every darn acorn (and there were a lot all night and day) that falls off the trees above the house sound like someone is knocking on the roof with a hammer. We did not sleep well at all. Look for something else.

We choose Seafoam for 2 reasons, its location to the beach and a fenced yard for our 2 pups but turns out there is a third reason and that is Nina. While we were there hurricane Ian hit and Nina stayed in touch and while no damage to the house there the area is wooded so a lot of debris in the yard. She had a team cleaning things up the very next morning and by afternoon you would not have known there had been a hurricane. Great host!

My husband and I spent a week and a half at this property to enjoy some beach time - Seafoam is the perfect home away from home. Nina had taken care of everything and was a delightful host who went the extra mile (providing a sofa cover for our pets, responding promptly when I had any questions). The beach is close by and so are the grocery stores / restaurants, the neighborhood is very quiet and serene and the home is equipped for a comfortable stay - we had an amazing stay / relaxed holiday. Nina was accommodating in everything from checking in to checking out. The house is about 3 mins walk to the beach, we took the 33rd Street route to get to public beach access. The place is clean and cozy, fenced backyard is a plus. Our pups love roaming around there when we are not at the beach. Definitely will come back again. Note that dogs are prohibited from the beach from 9 am-5pm from may 15 - sept 15

Great experience, quiet location, short walk to beach. The only thing I could say to make stay more pleasant is adding trivia or Splenda packets to house staples, maybe a few k cups as well. Will stay again, very nice host and nice family owned business as well. Great experience

We would absolutely stay in this cottage again!! We love the location and the house itself. We gave a 4 rating for cleanliness only because we felt it was hard to keep the outside elements from coming in with the outdoor shower set up and the yard set up. It would not deter me from staying again.

We stayed for 4 days at the sea foam bungalow and it was perfect! It was beautiful! Our family of 4 and the dog felt like we was home. Fenced in backyard was great! No stressing about kids could play along with the dog! And a 5 min walk to the beach was great! Definitely will stay again!

This lovely home was perfect, had me wishing it was my own. Plenty of space and pet friendly was important so I appreciate Nina allowing pets. Loved sitting in the back yard and having the woods there and a short walk to the beach. Neighborhood is so peaceful. Would stay here again, absolutely loved.

This cottage was just as advertised- spacious enough for a couple and great for our doggy companions. The fenced in back yard was an excellent area for the dogs with a nice patio with shade trees. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We had a great vacation and will return! The beach was a short 2 block walk from the house!

Cottage was nice, clean, and a short walk to beach. Had to shorten our stay due to some health problems. The Grand Stand Hospital was an experience to be avoided. Staff was great but they were backed up and had people waiting every where. Cottage beds were comfortable but kitchen and living room furniture were very uncomfortable and not as pictured on web site. Back room was where we spent most of our down time and was small but great. Appreciated the two baths. The back yard was perfect for our cocker spaniel and for relaxing. Manager was prompt and accommodating to our needs. Overall a nice place to stay.

My husband & I and our two pups had a great time at Sea Foam! The location was a 3 minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood was nice and quite. Our dogs loved the fenced in back yard! Nina was very responsive and check in & out was a breeze. The only con I will say is that the beds weren't very comfortable. I sleep on a sleep number at home so I am kind of spoiled but that would be the only suggestion to be updated. Other than that we will definitely be staying at Sea Foam in the future!

We love that we had a yard for our dogs, this was really the selling point! Great location with quick access to the beach and plenty of fun in North Myrtle. Looking forward to coming back!

There are no negative comments. It was the best! One of the things I truly loved were....the 10 little baby squirrels that would come out every morning and play in the trees with each other. It was amazing to watch. Mesmerizing! Our little fur baby we took with us loved watching them also, until one of them ran half way down the tree and screeched at her. Scared her to death and she took off running into our cottage. I laughed 🤣 and laughed. It was sooooooo funny!

We enjoyed our stay here very much.The house is on a quiet street and walking distance to the beach,stores and restaurants.The owner is a pleasure and very accommodating.
