the location and the bed was very comfortable.

Hotel has low water pressure. They keep the heat off in room until you walk into a freezing room and have to turn it on. I don’t expect them to heat all empty rooms but maybe assign the rooms to guests before they get there and put the heat on low to warm it up the day of their arrival. Our room also had lighting issues. the lights would dim as if from power surge then later on get really bright. The phone in the room was also not working so we had to use our cell phone to call the hotel if we needed to speak with the front desk.

it was very good, but the silverware could use improvement. Plastic was easy to bend when cutting pancakes.

Loved the comfortable beds , the Dove soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body lotion and hand soap! I also loved the coffee maker ! Loved the large TV too ! The Breakfast was awesome !

There were 3 of us in the room , 2 adults and 1 child but only had 2 towels, etc.. ! Tried calling front desk and housekeeping and no one answered! We just went to the front desk to get them !

We were approved for an early checkin. When we arrived at 2pm we were told we couldn’t check in until 3pm. My wife is disabled and we needed that extra time to relax and prepare to go to our event. It was inconvenient. The front desk staff seemed to be distracted and short staffed . The manager did not seem to be around.

the hotel needs a to be cleaned! Floors looked like they haven’t been moped in weeks (we were there 3 days and never cleaned, same spills on floors) room was absolutely disgusting! soap in dispensers empty, tissue box empty, sheets and pillow cases questionable on if they were clean, carpet was definitely not vacuumed! someone threw up by elevator & after hours of it just having a cone by I had to go down to the desk and ask for it to be cleaned!
