A really nice breakfast! A super friendly lady at the front desk made the morning especially pleasant!

It was okay good but then you could have used a little bit more variety and maybe some fruit

breakfast was ok but not as good as other hotels. no fresh fruits. the hvac didn’t work in the room and the refrigerator was loud all night long.

Breakfast was okay. It was basic.

No controllable air conditioning. No cable channels. Had to move to another room upon arrival due to a television not working in the bedroom.

Do not stay here. I was charged a smoking fee for putting tobacco and a wrapper in the garbage. I tried explaining to the staff that I never smoked in the room but they would not work through this issue with me. They just charged my card and never called or messaged me back. I asked to talk to a manager but they wouldn’t respond back to my complaint. And it feels like an old folks home in the rooms. Smells bad, outdated ammenities and super small TVs in the rooms

My room had an odor, the pool was closed ( since COVID) per staff, but I wasn’t informed at check-in regarding the pool, when mentioned to staff after she argued that it was online if I had scrolled alllll… the way down the webpage I would of seen, had to cancel reservations and made newer reservations in another hotel near by that did offer a pool.
