Brigid was great. Prompt responses. Condo has amazing views. Watched sunrise from the balcony. Condo had everything you will need. Small little touches just added to the experience. We will definitely be back.

Condition of premises did not live up tp pictures. Carpet and furniture was in poor condition. We overpaid for what we got.

Shoreline was awesome. The property couldn’t have been more accurately described. The attention to detail of the host both in the property itself and the process of checking in/out couldn’t have been better.

Breathtaking view!!! Great location!! Tons of "stuff" such as full shampoo & conditioner, lotions, soaps, all the towels and linens, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, utility room... Really a fully stocked house. Everything was clean. This was the first check in I've ever done that I didn't find something left uncleaned. This condo was very clean. (Cleaning supplies were available) My two negative comments for future visitors 1) the main room smelled like cigarette. It was bad. I couldn't tell if it was in the sofa or had gotten trapped in the condo when someone was smoking out side. We left the back door open every second we were there to air it out. The first night my husband and I sneezed and had watery eyes all night long (And I'm in prescription strength allergy medication so it shouldn't have phased me). The other comment, it felt like we were staying at grandma's which isn't a bad thing. But everything was very dated and "grandma-ish." It needs a complete update to meet the.standards of most other condos. I didn't take off two stars for those two things (though any other listing I would have) because I really wanted to give an extra star for the great level of service and attention we received from Bridget. She was right on top of any question we had. And the amenities were over the top, as they needed to be to help supplement the need for a remodel. Last note likely won't effect too many people. However it was an issue for me because I am a sensitive sleeper who has light sensitivities. The lights from the pool do not turn off nor dim at night. The condo has black out blinds but they could only do so much.

The process for reservation, check-in, and check-out was so easy! The condo is in great shape with AMAZING views. I will definitely be returning soon. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing birthday weekend!!

Nice area - disappointed that i had to wash my towels every night to have enough to use. Not what you want to do on vacation. The towels were also dingy and didn’t smell fresh until I washed them. Love the area and Amelia Island

I stayed here with my husband and 3 kids. The condo is clean and beautiful! It is up to date with technology. It had everything we needed! There is a storage room that has all of the beach gear and pool gear you will need as well as bikes. The views were absolutely gorgeous from both masters and the living room. You really can’t escape those views!! There is nothing bad I can say about the condo and my interaction with the owner. We would definitely stay again!

Main tv speaker buzzes.AC temp was inconsistent.Some electrical plugs would not charge devices.

What a great experience we had working with this owner and support team for a very last minute need. The place was wonderful and met all the needs we had for our 9 day stay. We all wanted to take the mattresses with us as they slept great. Had a couple of real warm days for the beach and the access is so easy. Thanks so much, we will be looking at one of the the 3 units this owner has for our next visit to Amelia..

This was an excellent stay for our family! The ease of check-in, the personalized welcome combined with the very clean, organized and beautiful layout was simply excellent. Mary was very helpful and we loved staying here and simply wish we could've stayed longer!

My husband and I stayed at Shoreline from Saturday, 9/3 thru Friday, 9/9. Our flight was delayed a day due to a tropical storm, but there were no problems checking in a day late. The owner and manager stayed in communication, and the manager met us at the room upon arrival. Because it was our anniversary, they surprised us with a bottle of wine and a tray of fruit, cheese, and chocolate! The room was clean, and the views were amazing. My husband and I enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning, and spent the days lazing on the beach. The resort was busy thru the weekend, but there were fewer visitors after labor day. It was very quiet, and almost like having the place to ourselves.

This unit is wonderful! It is immaculate and included everything we needed! After a horrible experience last summer at a "resort" I've been nervous to travel and stay anywhere. Shoreline exceeded our expectations. Mary and her team made us feel welcome. We traveled with our almost-2 year old twins. We had 2 pack-n-plays set up for us on arrival. We also had 2 high-chairs provided which was an added bonus. The complex itself is well-maintained. The pools are clean and the grounds were beautiful. The boardwalk to the beach made for an easy walk with multiple showers provided to rinse off. Overall, I'm excited to return! Thank you Shoreline!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - very convenient layout, very easy check in. I downloaded the app which helped us navigate everywhere without a hitch. My only negative feedback was the lighting in the 2nd/back bedroom - which made it difficult to choose clothing and apply makeup while the other used the bathroom. Could not open the curtains in that room because it faces the walkway and other units. Otherwise we found the supplies and all the amenities to be superior.

Loved being right on the beach and having all of the beach gear. Pools were great. This is a terrific for tennis players. The on-site pro is excellent. The bedding is very comfortable, just wish the decor was a bit more up to date. We'd definitely return.

I went to Amelia Island for a quick getaway. The condo was extremely clean with everything we needed included. The people were very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay.

This was my first experience with a vrbo property and based on my stay I will not vacation in any other manner. In fact my wife and I along with the other couple who went with us plan to make this particular property a regular destination. The amenities were just as advertised, and the relaxing views from the balcony were stunning. None of the four of us were ready to leave. I would easily give this property 5 stars.

First time on Amelia, MY new favorite island. The condo is high end, good furniture, GREAT view, pool is excellent. Bedding and bath linens better than at home. Mary made it EXTRA special for my 60th birthday celebration week. Thank you so much for a great week. Joe's 2nd Street Bistro is the best restaurant, ask for Nate or Molly as servers. Salty Pelican and Brett's Marina have fabulous food as well. Pajama Dave's tour boat was very nice, as well.

We stayed at this Amelia Surf and Racquet Condominium for Spring Break (late March, 2016). We found the condo to be easy to find, immaculate and located in a quiet area of Amelia Island. Our contact person, Cindy, was very helpful and pointed out several restaurants and a few grocery stores. It was a very relaxing vacation; yet there was plenty to do for my 7 and 9 year old kids. I wish the pool would have been heated, but otherwise, it was a great place.
