Lovely, clean spacious self catering apartments with a range of nearby restaurants & well served with taxis about 29 minutes from the airport. Bed comfortable with excellent walk in shower immediately giving hot water.

The rooms are quite dark & there is a need for an extension plug at the working desk by the wall. You cant have the light on & plug in your electrical equipment at the same time.

Very clean property with comfy bed in central Gylfada location (near all the shops).

Rooms near the road (which most are) are just too noisy. I came for a relaxing weekend away after medical treatment and had two largely sleepless nights due to horns beeping, mopeds roaring and lorries on main road near accomodation. Even ear plugs didn't seem to do the job. Such a shame as the accomodation is lovely.

That the reception leavea at 6 pm, we had a problem with the safe and we coudn't reach anyone to help...reception should be 24/7

Excellent location, comfortable big bed, modern bathroom, extremely nice employees especially the blond cleaning lady. We really enjoyed our stay.

Maybe something to hang the wet clothes

the cleaning staff threw out my business papers sitting on the coffee table. They need to be more careful about what rubbish is removed.

Perfect location. Great room. But most importantly, Roula, the front office staff was VERY nice and so helpful and welcoming. I would definitely come back here again.
