Beautiful country location and beautiful old buildings. Was a pleasure to stay here. Rooms very comfortable with pretty views. Staff lovely and very attentive. Breakfast included in the rate and delicious!

Location outside of the city. Its not a typical chain hotel where everything is available 24/ 7 but honestly this also adds charm to its character. Property builds on heritage of the buildings giving it very genuine feel during the stay. They do facilitate dogs which in my case is a big winner ! Rooms are very clean and staff is extremely helpful and facilitating even if one comes late. Breakfast is fabulous.

This is a beautiful location with lots of character situated just two minutes walk from the heath. The attention to detail is outstanding, from the outdoors with seating areas, hammocks and lanterns to the indoor decor. Nothing has been overlooked. The menu is locally sourced and delicious. The staff are passionate about their work and go over and above to make their guests' stay memorable. I was travelling with my cat and we were both made very welcome. She even received a goody bag. I would've loved to move in permanently. I really can't praise it enough and highly recommend it.

Nice and quiet location, beautiful buildings. The room looked nice! Staff was friendly and the food was good.

The room could have been cleaned with a bit greater attention to detail. Water from faucet was weird - a bit foamy and bubbly - we didn’t trust its drinking water. Shower had only an on/off button, and the water pressure was so high it almost hurt - and felt wasteful! In the evenings, water was barely warm.
