This was the perfect place for a getaway. The view was awesome. The only problem I had was that the remote would not work for the tv and maybe a bigger size tv and I would also suggest they add a trash can to the living area. I would definitely stay here again.

The view was great, however the beds are atrocious and the ceiling crumbled onto the floor from the moment we arrived.

The best thing about my stay was the view and location. The front desk is only open 9-5 but check in is at 4. They do not provide you with anything. 1 roll of toilet paper for your stay. The TV is so small, our patio door lock was broken, the emergency exit sign arrows pointed to walls not exits, there are 2 elevators for the whole property and as stated above about the signs the stairs were hard to find and looked so old and scary. We were on the elevator with some owners and the lady looked us up and down as if we were beneath her or she was disgusted by us. The beds were SO uncomfortable and small, the shower was dirty when we arrived with someone elses hair in it. You wait for ever for the elevators to be able to leave or get back to your room. Security and the staff were VERY rude. Even tho parking comes with our room we had no parking and had to park down the street. You get wristbands and they make you wear them at all times, that's just so great for a tan line right! Also we left our wristbands on the table in the room because again as stated above the front desk hours so they were not open yet and they called me and told me they weren't there so accused us of stealing them and we are being charged $10 a piece for them. We did not steal them we are grown adults with no reason to steal. We would NEVER go here again if you paid us to! I will be contacting someone about the charge for the wristbands and the rudeness of the staff. They need to check their front desk to see who is stealing wristbands from rooms and charging guests for them. Highly pissed off and disappointed I spent that much money on this treatment, service, and experience!

The place is super cute with a beautiful, peaceful view! There was some confusion with our reservation and the kitchen utensils were not clean having a sticky residue on them. There was an unfortunate air conditioning leak from the unit above that came through our ceiling, but the employees were super awesome in handling the situation and even refunded a generous amount for the inconvenience. Would stay in this unit again.

The View was amazing!!! I wasn’t pleased with beds. One bed sinks in and the other bed is extremely hard. I wasn’t able to rest well during my stay. :(

Loved It!

The room was very nice. The beds could use some new mattress but for the most part, it served its purpose. The balcony is big and has an awesome view. The big refrigerator was nice to have. I would recommend a bigger TV and a large trash can. The bathroom was nice in size, the shower was great except when we got there, we found a bar of soap and hair in the tub. I would stay here again.

We had the perfect view of the beach from our balcony!
