This beautifully refurbished duplex cottage is the most thoughtfully provisioned ‘whole place’ accommodation I have stayed in. I highly recommend it for couples or small families.
Provisions - we had everything we needed at our figure tips, including about if thoughtful items that wouldn’t usually be provided.
Very high quality refurbishment. Tasteful fittings, selection of original artworks, everything in excellent working order.
Highly responsive and considerate host.
Location is perfect - close to cafes, public swimming pool and public gardens.

Spotless , beautiful linen and towels, breakfast selection was amazing , nothing to criticise only 1 problem was the narrow driveway at the rear …. Don’t have a 4 wheel drive but could be a bit tight to get in , therefore may need to park on street .

The breakfast goodie’s where much received as we didn’t get to the supermarket before we got there.
We couldn’t get the heater going in the lounge room. But thankfully the reverse cycle was enough to keep us warm.

Such a gorgeous little house with so many thoughtful extra touches to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Easy walking distance to the city centre. Great communication from the friendly hosts. Highly recommended:)

Very clean, cute, renovated little cottage. Spacious enough inside for a family of 4, nice private courtyard out back, good size bathroom and comfy beds. Lots of nice amenities - variety of breakfast, coffee pods, games to play, magazines, etc.

Great choice of food items for breakfast, lots of extras that helped to make it a very enjoyable stay. Very clean and comfortable. The covered carport was great. Good location for the Ullabarra Theatre and for the town, both an easy walk.

Immaculate little cottage in a perfect, central location. Even though the house is located on a busy road, noise wasn’t an issue.
Breakfast provided (toast, cereal, eggs, yoghurt) was a nice addition, as was the $40 dinner voucher.
Spa bath was enjoyed by the basketballers, and the make up removing face washers were a very clever addition!
Nothing, but it’s not very big which might be an issue for some.

Great location. Clean and comfortable with good facilities and supplies. Good small yard for our dog to run around in. Parking convenient and easy. Hard to fault
Bathroom was an all in one wet room with shower over spa, not really problematic just not a fan of this setup.

The location was perfect. We came to see the New Year fireworks and it was across and down the road . Centre to the main street. Accomodation had everything we needed plus more. My grandson love It as there were games and books for him to use.Breakfast had a good variety which was a bonus. Happy to recommend Mark and Kate places.

Rear lane entry to parking is a little tight.

Great cottage. Super convenient location. Excellent breakfast supplies and kitchen equipment. Excellent bed. Nice TV. Couldn't ask for or expect more.
Not applicable really. The only fault we found in the cottage was a shutter in the lounge that was stuck open. Didn't affect our stay at all.
