The room was not cleaned on arrival after a 10-hour drive and arrived at 6.30PM. this room was a disgrace.

Nothing the location made parking a nightmare. The bed was rock hard, and the pillows were of a low quality. There were no extra blankets, The shower flooded the bathroom when I showered, I tried to contact someone, but no one responded their solution was to leave 1 dry towel at the door of my room.
The motel was on booking.com listed in USA money not Australian as all other motels I have used on this site were listed. This meant that the room that was, I thought, $420.00 ended up being nearly seven hundred well outside what I was comfortable spending. Nothing the location made parking a nightmare. Nice, clean, simple and comfortable for just one night while my daughter is at camping...
$150 is a bit too much. $100 should be right price for this type of accommodation. Hence no shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer & microwave in the room. I did bring my wheat bag!!!

The room was clean but there were no cupboards, shelves, hangers or anywhere to put my clothes or luggage. I had to go to a shop and buy coat hangers. It was very, very inconvenient and totally stupid to call itself a "hotel"
It was not a hotel it was simply a bed and bathroom.

The room was completely renovated wychwood marvellous to see as I'm a builder but the window was the only disappointing thing with the room

The bed had springs pocking up over the entire surface of the matress. I had no idea a matress could be so bad. It was not saggy or worn, just a crap matress. We booked and paid for 2 nights but the bed was so bad we left after one sleepless night. If you are considering staying in Bendigo and intend to use the bed in your accommodation, do NOT go to this property.

The feeling of emptiness when arriving , the laundry bags stacked in the foyer, no tea or coffee in room, was assured some would be delivered but didn’t arrive,

Noisy! No check-in reception! All reception details received by msg only after phoning contact number! Fresh Linen bags!!! Left in foyer area. Has potential to be a great motel with some TLC

it was in the heart of Bendigo close to shops and walking distance to restaurants
the bed was uncomfortable,the room appeared to be clean only to find unused men personal product on the floor underneath the bed. There was no one/ staff there.
