Adorable little house

House had an odor like an old farm house. Basement was dirty with no door. Furniture and bedspread had stains. Not at all what we expected. Would not stay here again.

We were able to explore Kansas from this location. Very central to several sites and we saw them all!!! DDE Museum, Truman Museum, OZ Museum (don't miss the OZ Winery), WWI Museum, SeaLife. All within an hour + from this amazing property. It has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Thank You for the washer & dryer!!! Do not miss Paisano's Restaurant...GREAT ambience, food and customer service!!! We will stay here again if we travel to this area!!!!

The house was as advertised. There were two elderly people staying w my son and I. It was nice having the two bedrooms on the main floor and two upstairs. One bedroom got pretty warm at night (summer stay). Having two bathrooms was so nice. The house has been updated. The kitchen table was nice for evening meals and plenty of seating to relax and watch tv.
On the downside my car got broken into while parked in the driveway overnight.
The homeowner was very responsive to any and all questions and concerns.

We had a several day event at the Topeka Capitol building. The house fit our needs well. It was clean and had good parking for 2 possibly 3 cars in driveway. The beds were comfortable and towels soft.

I chose this property because it looked nice online and was close to the pool (we were attending a swim meet at Capitol Fed Natatorium). The house was perfect! Cute, clean and great location. We would highly recommend!

This is a charming home, very well kept and in a lovely neighborhood. The owners were friendly and responsive. Their care for this property was obvious in the beautiful decor. It was altogether comfy and pleasing!

Much nicer for the family to stay together in a house rather than a hotel. Two bedrooms and a bath on the first floor,made it easier on the older folks like me.Everything you needed was in this house so you would enjoy your stay.Nicely
decorated.Only thing lacking was handicap facilities,and good non-slip rugs in the bathroom,and in front of the front door inside.

We were in Topeka for a family wedding. Property was close to town. Only minutes drive to nail salons, rehearsal, etc, plus many activities for entertainment. Quiet neighborhood so offtime was relaxing. 4 bedrooms fit us well.

The house was perfect for 6 adults attending my daughter’s graduation. Although we spent most of the time shuffling between graduation events, we all had comfortable spaces to retire to in the evenings. The house has made the most of the space available and we all loved the update. We had one small issue with the house security the first evening and the hosts promptly fixed the issue.

Very nice home It was very charming. Love the drive up parking. One small issue; when I turned the bed down in the master downstairs bedroom, I found a spider between the decorative pillows and the sleeping pillows. I surely understand homes having spiders but don’t like them in my bed! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us, we took good care of it.

Everything was nice and neat when we arrived. The owner had a binder full of helpful information which was great. TV was easy to work. The driveway was long for multiple cars to fit which was also great. Very pleased with our stay!

The rental was great for location. The cleanliness was a little questionable. The air conditioning had not been turned up so it was hot. We turned down the air and bought some fans. That did the trick. The owner was great with communication.

Cute house, great stay
This house had everything we needed to make our stay in Topeka very pleasant and comfortable. There is a nice park a few blocks away were we took our grand daughter to play. We would definitely stay here again.
