We had a great time and the house was unbelievable

This is a wonderful place to stay. It has 5 great bedrooms. The outside area is spectacular with a great pool and hot tub. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of towels and each bathroom has soap, shampoo and conditioner. The beds were all cosy. The pictures don't do it justice

The hosts were so helpful with any questions we had. The property was clean and great space. We loved the hot tub and fire pit. Definitely would stay again!!

There were more comfortable spots for the 8 of us to stretch out comfortably to read, watch TV or eat around two tables ( diningroom or kitchen! The kitchen was very well set-up which made Christmas dinner a breeze. All beds were comfy. We had a wonderful family time here.

The property was great and had everything we needed. Brenda communicated with us on a regular basis and outlined what we needed to know. The house looked a little more dated in person than the pictures online but was still very clean.

You will not regret booking this property! The host Brenda was amazing with communicating and giving us all the information about the house and check in and out process. The pictures on the site don’t show the new backyard furniture ITS SO COZY! Everything was so clean when we arrived even the pool was spotless!! The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay. I loved how we had an overload of towels for swimming and showering for my family Of 5, never had to wash any. We will be back every year to visit our family in San Tan Valley

The house was everything we expected and stocked with all the necessities. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe for early morning or evening walks. The backyard oasis was wonderful. Being from Minnesota, we enjoyed drinking coffee outside in the morning and soaking up the sun throughout the day into the evening. Highly recommend spending the extra money to heat the pool. We stayed in early February, outdoor temps were 70s during the day and 40s at night, so as you can imagine the water would of been chilly without the heater. Bedroom and closet sizes were perfect but some of the beds were pretty firm.

Thank you for a great space. We enjoyed our beautiful weather and lounging and bbqing around the pool. Neighborhood was safe, quiet and clean. Growing city near by was convenient too.

My family and I were able to hang out at the pool and hot tub all day; nice quiet and laid back.

This house had it all, pool, hot tub and grill. Grocery store was close for supplies along with shopping plaza just 15min. up the road. My family and I could not have asked for a better location.

I could go on all day about how great of an experience this was! From before to after check out, Brenda was the very best. She made sure we got in to the property safely, answered our questions and went way above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We traveled from Alaska so had a long trip to PHX but as soon as we got there we felt like we were at home and were able to relax right away. The house was perfect for our family of six (kids ranging 5-18), and we had plenty of room for my in-laws to visit us during the day (they live around the corner in the same neighborhood). Most importantly, the property was safe and very-obviously cleaned and sanitized. This was the best-stocked property I've ever stayed at which was great so less store runs which meant more pool time! The house is close to our necessary vacation stops like In-N-Out and Dutch Bros, but also Target, Fry's and whatever else your family could possibly need. Back to the house, it was spacious and very clean with plenty of supplies. I liked that everything was so well put together like a regular home, it wasn't all mismatched with garage-sale type furnishings. It was perfect and we now have a go-to home in PHX anytime we're back. Thank you Brenda for the best week my family and I have had in so long. We hated to leave and we'll definitely be back!

I stayed in this rental home for almost a month in January/February. We were a group of 6 and this house couldn't have been more perfect! It's exactly as shown/described and is extremely well stocked with things such as spices in the kitchen, small appliances (air fryer, hand mixer, even an electric can opener) and is just overall a great space to enjoy the area. The owner of the home, Brenda, was SO helpful and incredibly responsive. The grill needed a new propane tank at one point of our visit and we were having trouble finding any at the nearby stores. I asked her if she knew where to get some and she IMMEDIATELY called walgreens to see if they had any. Truly above and beyond! We loved the pool, the backyard (with so many seating options!), and the hot tub. The house also has an awesome firepit, which we got lots of use out of. The living areas were perfect for what we needed and all of the bedrooms were great, especially the master which is huge. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to check out the area and enjoy some warm weather. This is just what we needed to escape the winter while we work remotely. A group of girlfriends and I had the best time at this house. Pool and home was excellent.

Our family of 9 adults was in the San Tan Valley area to attend a wedding. The home was located in a nice neighborhood, close to the event and it was the perfect size for us to all be together. We had everything we needed for a great weekend together and our hosts were so welcoming and easy to communicate with!

Property was great! Plenty of room, pool was so fun! Brenda did a great job answering our questions, check-in was a breeze! If you are thinking about if this place would work for your family and friends, it will! We would rent this again!

We came down to San tan valley on a last minute trip due to a death in family. We all wanted to stay together and be comfortable as a place to regroup. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. This home was so clean and comfortable there was enough space for everyone. If we ever go back we will definitely stay here again. And the owner was a delight , she answered all our questions and was in contact with us throughout the stay if she noticed anyone was off track. Absolutely love this home and so thankful it was available to us. Thank you Brenda for the use of this amazing homey comfortable home.

We enjoyed our stay. The home had all the amenities we were looking for and more. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. I would recommend this house as a great place to stay.

Pros: 1. close to our family who reside in AZ 2. Large comfortable home with large outside are including pool Cons: 1. Needed key for entry and had to coordinate meeting owner. She was totally flexible but after traveling for several hours it would be preferred to have a keyless entry. 2. The heated pool was great but we got charged for heating it which was not in the listing when we booked. Overall great home. Highly recommend! Owner was responsive and pleasant.

Great home, everything just as promised

The owners of the property went above and beyond to make our stay in their beautiful home a memorable one. The house had everything we needed AND some to make our stay one that we will remember for days to come!!. We cannot say enough good things about our experience.
