Wonderful property and perfect for our family Christmas.

Of all the houses we have stayed, and we've stayed in a lot, this home was by far the best stocked one ever! We didn't need to rush out to go "stock up" on everyday items... like foil, coffee filters, trash bags, soap, paper towels, spices.... We truly just unpacked and enjoyed ourselves! We'd give it 5 stars for sure!

We were in the Phoenix area for a family wedding and stayed at this beautiful house for 6 nights. We absolutely loved our stay! The house was fully stocked with everything you would need...and then some. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard with the heated pool, relaxing waterfall and we stayed warm in the evenings sitting around the fire pit. The beds and comforters are super comfy! The community is lovely with walking trails, several playgrounds and various sports amenities. We spent a lot of time at the Pickleball courts and met some really friendly residents of the community. The house is super close to stores, restaurants and anything else you would need. Amy was quick to respond to any questions or inquiries I had leading up to our trip and was a wonderful host. We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed the kitchen - full of spices and condiments- dinnerware was high end. Only bad - propane tank was empty and planned on cooking burgers; had to go get the tank exchanged;

We stayed for an extended weekend for a girls trip and had a fabulous time! The space was perfect for 8 adults. The pool was amazing! The owners were very responsive and reasonable. Would absolutely stay here again!

The property was very clean and very well-maintained. The pool was fantastic. The air-conditioning was amazing. And the kitchen and bedrooms were just fantastic. I would definitely go back to this oasis, and have a great time with my family. The backyard overlooks a nice Greenbelt, which makes it really easy to walk your dog in the morning. Again

For our 2023 family vacation, we drove cross-country from Michigan to Arizona, mainly to visit the Grand Canyon. We found this wonderful home in San Tan Valley- the house was a perfect fit for our party of 7! We were my husband & I, our 2 sons & their girlfriends, plus our 18 year old daughter- everyone got their own rooms & 3 full bathrooms to share. We also brought our dog. The house is spacious & very well maintained- inside & out. There was plenty of space for everyone. The backyard is also amazing! There is a beautiful patio & pool- we were in the pool every day of our visit! We spent 1 full day visiting the canyon. But there were also many things to do in & around San Tan Valley- we went on an early morning hike in San Tan Mountain Regional Park, we went to the movies, & we visited restaurants like San Tan Flat. Overall, an amazing trip! Communication with the owner was also easy- Amy responded to messages quickly & thoroughly. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

I was VERY impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the Rental. There was a reference booklet that was provided at the accommodation that was detailed as to where to find things within, and what to do upon your departure. This rental unit stay experience was EXACTLY what we had hoped it would be. Our family would highly reccommend this to anyone in search of a place to stay in San Tan!

The house was great for our family coming to town for a high school graduation! It was very clean, the check-in process was very easy, and Amy was very responsive to our questions. It's also a very quiet neighborhood with nice green belt for walking. We hiked at the San Tan mountain park as well which is about 10 minutes away. We will definitely keep this house in mind for our next trip!

This property was amazing! We all loved sitting beside the pool in the morning while listening to the birds chirp and sipping our coffee. The home had everything we needed - kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable and the pool table is an added bonus! It was the perfect accommodations for our family and we would stay here again in a heartbeat! It was truly an oasis.

Great house and set up for larger or smaller groups. Pool area is amazing. Owner was super easy to work with. Very clean house. Highly recommend!

My friends and I have rented this house before and this time around it was just as great as last time. Everything you need is provided, the market and locations for meals out are near by, but you then you need pull yourself away from the backyard and pool table inside (if you do go out, you have to try San Tan Flats). We had a fabulous time once again and will definitely try to nab it next time we go to Arizona. Thanks again Amy & Kurt!

House was as expected and more! Can’t beat the gas heated pool and the great outdoor space. Easy to get too and a short drive from other amenities. Host was accommodating to our situation and promptly returned messages. Personally love the available laundry space when traveling with kids. Will be back!

This is our third year spending the Month of March in AZ and by far our best experience. The home was marvelous, exactly as described and so much more. We had all the conveniences of home, except the snow!! Our kids and grandkids visited and they loved the pool, fire pit, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The community pool and hot tub was fabulous as well. Can’t say enough positive things. Thanks Amy for being such a great host!! Lisa and Jim

This property was awesome. Home had everything you could have needed. Backyard and pool was wonderful. Tried to rent for month in Feb 2024 but was already booked.

This was a great stay. Owners communication was ideal, not to much and not to little. Home was perfect for our work vacation.

My brother finally got Christmas off for the 1st time in 20 years, so my entire family decided to rent this house to spend 2 weeks together over the holiday break. The photos of the property were an accurate representation of the house and amenities. Everyone in the family had their own bedroom and bathroom, which was really nice. I liked that all the bedrooms had either a king size or queen size bed. The pool and backyard were amazing with lots of options for seating, a barbecue and a smoker. We used the smoker multiple times. The owners provided a binder with information about everything you can possibly think of about the house. The couches were really comfortable and I wish I had those couches in my own house! The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of cookware, any kitchen gadget you could think of and plenty of plates, glasses and utensils. The kitchen and all of the gadgets made it really easy for us to cook for a family of 7 for 2 weeks. It was the best VRBO house I have ever stayed at. Everyone in my family was very comfortable and happy with the house. There is no actual dining table in the house, but the bar can be used as a dining table and has plenty of really comfortable barstools for everyone to sit at. I would suggest a brighter light above the bar because it was hard to see when we ate dinner or played many games of cards. The owners were really kind and allowed us to have our two small dogs stay at the house and they told us we could use a Christmas tree that they had in the closet. Amy, the owner, was really flexible and understanding when I didn't realize that I had booked the house until January 6th instead of January 7th. She was nice enough to let us rent the house for one more day, even though it was an oversight on my part. The only actual suggestion I would have would be to invest in a dish drainer for the kitchen because there wasn't one in the kitchen. The house was so welcoming! It had everything we could possibly want or need! We loved playing pool and relaxing in the beautifully decorated house. It was a comfortable home and gorgeous too! Towels, blankets, cookware were all high quality! The neighborhood is so quiet and safe. The host was awesome in quickly getting back to us when we had a question and gave us wonderful recommendations for dinner (the golf club house restaurant had excellent bbq!) and holiday activities too! Would definitely stay here again!

House is perfect. Even better than pictures. Very clean and comfortable. We came here to visit family for Thanksgiving week with 3 teenage boys. They had a blast with the pool table and pool/games. Definitely will stay again!

We booked this amazing property for our son's wedding at Windmill Winery in Florence. The home is immaculate, super comfortable and well appointed with a full bedroom and bath downstairs, and the remaining 3 beds/2 baths upstairs. Open kitchen, bar, living area, which was perfect for gathering together for meals or a game of pool. The backyard has several seating areas with a fire table nearest the home for cozy after dinner drinks. The pool is heated, so the granddarlin's spent hours swimming! There are secure doors leading out back, so you can feel secure that little ones can't access the backyard without adult supervision. The community offers many parks, golfing and restaurants as well as grocery shopping. The owners of the property are very responsive and kind. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. We are so thankful to have found this dream property to help celebrate our son's wedding.

I just recently stayed here over the weekend with my wife and some friends and it was amazing. The communication with the owner was great and the property was very clean and had everything needed to cook and bbq. And between the pool outside, pool table, games, and streaming on the tvs there was plenty to do and we were never bored and the bar was a great touch. Also the rooms/bathrooms were very clean and the bed was super comfy! Definitely going to be coming back!
