Outstanding. The house was beautiful and so well stocked. We stayed for 2 wonderful months. The owners, Craig and Nancy were wonderful and so easy to deal with. Hoping to return next year.

Beautiful view of lovely cove with neighbors walking dogs, children Having a great time in the warm water and boats moored off the beach. Cottage was airy and bright with everything provided for kitchen and Bathrooms. Living area has gorgeous view and comfortable seating for everyone. Also enjoyed the seating area outside with grill and fire pit. Had a very special week returning to Hen Cove where we summered forty-five years ago. Pocasset is so peaceful and relaxing.

This was our first time to Cape Cod. We had a fantastic time and this super cute house was perfect for location, scenic view and size for our family.

We had a wonderful stay at Greg and Nancy's Cape Cod home in Pocasset. It was super clean, bright, quiet and cozy. Good kitchen for cooking and lingering over a meal of fresh seafood from Cataumet Fish. As an experienced and avid sea kayaker, I had a blast paddling around Buzzard's Bay exploring neighboring coves and beaches, sand bars and Bassetts Island. The area is well located for exploring Cape Cod, especially my favorite parts — Sandwich, Falmouth and Woods Hole. The surrounding neighborhood offers nice bay view walks with friendly neighbors doing the same thing and exchanging hellos. Amazing sunset views, as well as stargazing with no light pollution (hello, Cassiopeia!). A relaxing stay and much needed recharge!

The location is wonderful. Nancy and Greg were very responsive owners giving us a complete list of things to do and restaurants prior to our arrival. The property was mostly clean but there were many bugs, including centipedes, in the lower level. The water heater was not working properly while we were there. We notified Greg and Nancy and, to their credit, they contacted a plumber but unfortunately it could not be fixed during our stay. It was scheduled to be replaced after we left and I’m sure it is no longer an issue. Again, to their credit, they did compensate us for the situation. While we were supplied with sheets and towels due to the distance we traveled, the website indicates that they are not normally supplied. Overall, a very nice property and Nancy and Greg are excellent owners and hosts.

Excellent property, location and amenities

I stayed here with my family and had a wonderful time. Place was clean and kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. Greg and Nancy communicated nicely before and during our stay. Some nice local restaurants. We took some day trips to Hyannis, Falmouth and Martha's Vineyard. Hen Cove is beautiful, but for a "beachier" experience we went to South Beach on Martha's Vineyard and Old Silver Beach which is a beautiful white sand beach less than 15 minutes away. Overall, the stay was great! Thanks Greg and Nancy.

Beautiful house in a perfect spot. Quiet enough to escape the crowds, but close to food, water, golf, trails, and anything else you would want on a Cape vacation.

Greg and Nancy are wonderful and are very responsive. The house is immaculate, well equipped and well organized. The view is amazing and we loved the location. Great experience!

The house is completely modern but retains the cape cod cottage charm. Amazing view of the water, ample space for four adults (at least), and near everything you could need or want. Very quiet street and lots of small wildlife. Grill and fire pit are the icing on the cake. Will be back ASAP.

We were fortunate enough to spend a long weekend at this home and it was still too short! The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. Greg and Nancy were so hospitable and very easy to communicate with. The best part was definitely the views of the ocean from inside the house - even when the weather was cold, staying inside was just as nice as going outside. We also loved the gas grill and fire pit. When the weather was nice, we could walk to a small beach in just a few minutes. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend, Greg and Nancy!

Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed this property! So beautifully appointed, fresh, clean and welcoming. And the location is spectacular! We look forward to a repeat stay and enjoying more beautiful sunsets on Cape Cod!

Beautiful property over looking the water. We were in town for our daughters wedding in onset close to everything. Was very comfortable..... the only down side and this was my fault for not reading closer. I didn’t realize we needed linens and did not bring but tjmaxx was close by.... great learning experience 😊 Florence &Shel

If you're looking for a rental near the Cape and also within reasonable driving distance to Boston and Newport, RI this is the perfect house! The house is so comfortable, decorated super cute, and very well maintained. And the view is amazing! Also, if you enjoy cooking it has an extremely well stocked kitchen with way more appliances and accessories than the owners have listed under kitchen amenities. We were there in the Fall and it was cold so we did not take advantage of Hen Cove but I imagine this house would be perfect for summer trips as well. Can't wait to go back! Thank you Greg & Nancy!

This was a great rental experience. The location of the home was so easy to get to. Beautiful home inside and out. We spent a lot of time at the beach down the street. Can’t beat the sunset!

Absolutely beautiful property. Well appointed, clean and comfortable. We felt right at home from the second we arrived. And of course the area and scenery speak for themselves. We would certainly stay again.

It was our first time staying in Pocasset which has a real old Cape Cod feel. Very beautiful without the crowds. The house was cozy with a contemporary feel. The open floor plan and wall of windows looking out over Hen Cove made the place seem even bigger. Million dollar view, this place has it. Great decorating touches as well. Greg and Nancy were super nice and gracious hosts. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

The view is truly amazing, so relaxing to watch the boats in the cove. As you drive in, it appears like a quaint cottage. But it’s so spacious inside to say WOW. The decor is not overpowering, just enough and tastefully done. Having the downstairs as separate sleeping and showering and exiting is a plus. The amenities are great to have and the walks through the neighborhoods were nice. We enjoyed our stay completely.
