We had a great stay at this lovely property. The backyard is beautiful and relaxing, the carport was nicely equipped with beach supplies as well as fun outdoor toys for little kids. The house itself also had everything we needed and the location was close to many nice amenities.

We loved our time in Cape Cod. The house, while in a walkable location, was close to many beaches and other attractions. We enjoyed our stay!

This was our second time staying at Wren House and it was a great experience. The kitchen has everything you might need to make coffee, tea, or dinner. The central air is perfect in the summer, and we loved the outdoor shower too. The house is clean and has all the amenities of home. We are a family of 5 and had a very comfortable stay. The home was very sweet. The bird watching was fabulous with all the red birds and blue jays. The house was in a very quiet area for great relaxation

When I say I am a clean freak I am still under exaggerating and this home was SPARKLING CLEAN. From the perfect placement of the remote and placemats to the glistening fridge shelves, the freshly washed bath rug, and everything else in between. You can tell Tracy takes pride in her home and I am so glad she is willing to share it with others. Everything is well appointed, comfortable, and cozy. She has everything you need including sand toys for the beach, an umbrella shade, beach chairs, a beach cart, cooking utensils, etc etc. I cannot say enough good things. The upstairs bedroom is a window unit AC and there are two fans which definitely kept it cool enough for my teen to stay upstairs comfortably and have her own space. We loved the patio and hammock and all of the wildlife we saw out the kitchen window and sliding glass doors. We had cardinals, bluejays, red-winged blackbirds, chipmunks, squirrels, and bunnies daily. It was really awesome. Our favorite places to see were Nobska Lighthouse and East Sandwich Beach. We had dinner at the Lobster Trap and enjoyed ice cream at Twin Acres. I recommend both. Thanks again Tracy for a lovely stay!

This was our 3rd year staying at this house and we're never disappointed. The house is always clean and well-supplied. The home owner provides instructions and is very responsive to questions and comments. The location is also convenient with a small local market diagonally across the street. We plan to return next year!

Tracy was a great host and the house was wonderful. We stayed there with our two school aged children and the house was very cozy. We enjoyed the hammock in the front yard, eating outdoors on the patio and the outdoor shower was fun too! The bedrooms were small but adequate size for our two young children. The house is on a quiet street, just a short couple of blocks from fabulous restaurants, corner market and a playground. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our week in Pocasset. Should have booked longer. Easy place to like. I loved the big gas grill where I cooked several meals which all tasted better due to the ambiance of this peaceful quiet backyard. Meals at the Chart Room and Lobster Trap were outstanding. Privacy matters to me and this home has it. Lovely owner, safe quiet little street. You have to drive to beaches but this home provided great value and more than met our needs.

Had a great time- property was super easy to access- clean, close to market and the beach. Was exactly what we needed for our extended weekend on the Cape.

Just a darling house that has a lovely garden and is walking distance to cafes and pizzerias. It’s in a quieter location, which is perfect for a relaxing vacation getaway.

We had a nice time-cute comfortable house, lots of space, Tracey very responsive, location close to beach and quick drive to Old Silver, the Knob, the Island Queen, Woods Hole, Nobska Lighthouse, & the adorable town of East Falmouth! With 6 of us another bathroom would’ve been nice but the outdoor shower was perfect! I would recommend bringing your own beach chairs and umbrella though. Overall loved it and would stay again!

This was the second year we've rented this house and we love it for many reasons. It is in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located to a small grocery store, great restaurants, and close to the Bourne bridge. The house itself is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay and is very clean. The owner is easy to work with and treated us with consideration during the COVID pandemic. We hope to be able to continue renting the house in the future.

Just a few miles from the Canal on a quiet side street this house is perfect for families. We had Grandparents/Parents and Grandkids and all were most comfortable. Short ride to local beaches great for the wee ones or 15 minutes to the grandstrand of Old Silver Beach. House is fully stocked with everything a family needs and there is a good small grocery store within walking distance that has most everything including fresh cut meats that are superb. Highly recommend this getaway.

It was very clean, comfortable and had plenty of room. There are 2 sitting areas which really helped with a baby in the house. Communication was great and everything was very organized!! We also loved watching the beautiful birds in the back yard!!! Thank you for making it feel like home away from home. Definitely will stay here again.❤️

We had a great experience renting this property. The location was ideal for our needs with a small but well-stocked (even with gluten-free food) grocery store within walking distance, easy access to Route 28 and Route 6, and a short drive to some great seafood restaurants. The house was very well-equipped with everything we needed for a 3-week stay. The owner clearly put a lot of effort into preparing the house for renting with lots of thoughtful and helpful details like labels on cabinets and drawers, beach shoes, suntan lotion, etc.. The house was very clean and well-maintained. The outdoor shower was well designed and a great place to wash off the sand and salt after going to the beach. Whenever we communicated with the owner she was quick to respond. We encountered no problems at all during our stay and hope to be able to rent the house again in the future.

We are a family of 5 - two adults and three children and we flew in from Chicago. Our extended family lives just down Shore road so the location was ideal to be near Hen's Cove, Mashpee, Sandwich, Bourne, etc. The house was immaculate - plenty of everything we needed including bedding, towels, dishes, etc. She even had beach chairs and pool noodles we could use for when we visited Old Silver beach. Tracy was very responsive and a great hostess. The house was really comfortable and homey with great updates. The street was quiet and not crowded. My husband and I are used to a king size bed. In this house, it is in the attic space, and while the house does have central air, it does not cool that part of the house, so it was probably close to 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the rest of the house at all times. Tracy provided three large fans that we used at night and we were able to sleep in the July heat (it was probably high 70s every night), but if she were to decide to put an air conditioning unit in the window or one of those room air conditioners, that would make this house 100% perfect in the summer. That said, we'd stay again!

The house was wonderful, very clean, it had everything you need and more! It was close to shops and beaches. Would definitely come back

UPDATED PROPERTY EASY WALK TO BEACH, NEEDS ADDITIONAL AIR COND IN UP STAIRS BUT VERY HOT THAT WEEK

This cottage was very cozy and furnished with everything needed to enjoy the stay - plenty of dishes and cookware plus everything needed for eating lobster (we had it cooked @ a nearby fish market). All linens were included plus a large washer and dryer. Airconditioned and large Screen TVs for anyone wishing to stay inside. The outside patio, with plenty of chairs and hammock were great for relaxing after a day @ the beach and watching all the birds on the various bird feeders. Quiet neighborhood with Nearby beaches and restaurants within an easy drive. Breakfast restaurant and pizza restaurant and beach less than one mile away for those who enjoy walking. Convenient location with Small food market or large grocery store in the area. Half hour drive to the island ferries. There were plenty of beach chairs, towels and toys for the kids and an outstanding outside shower to wash off the sand. The owner was very accommodating in finalizing the rental agreement.
