We had a great stay with 14 teammates in town for an Ultimate frisbee tournament and city fun.
Great location walking distance from cafes and restaurants. Took a bus to French Quarter as trolly wasn't writing, but bus was easy.
House was comfy and clean.

OMG!!!! This grand home was everything stated in the details and more. The host was extremely nice and very attentive to any needs (although not really needed because the house was fully stocked and well prepared for our stay). Additional to the host being AMAZING, the neighbors were even more amazing and very welcoming. We were able to participate in the Endymion parade and were able to walk back and forth to the property as needed because it was on the parade route, only 1 block away. There were many amazing restaurants in a short walking distance as well. We would probably not walk to Bourbon St. again, but it was still a very short Uber drive away. All in all, this property was very spacious and met all the needs of my group and we highly recommend.

Wonderful, well-maintained and equipped house in quiet, leafy neighborhood, very close to grocery shopping, pharmacy and restaurants, and within easy reach of NOLA destinations. Lots of room for an extended family to gather as a group and for individuals to have privacy. The host, Alex, could not have been more responsive to questions or requests, including for early arrival. Highly recommended for families or other groups planning to visit New Orleans.

Loved everything about this location. House was awesome. We had 10 people and plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Many near by restaurants, grocery store and close to trolley. Alex was very easy to work with. Will be back again.

Awesome Place!
Great place for a large group/family and great location. Plenty of room in this nicely updated house and porches. Good local restaurants, close to grocery store, and 1 block from the Canal Street Trolley which connects you to everything in New Orleans.

Mardi Gras 2022
We had a wonderful time. The location was perfect for catching the trolley and getting to the French Quarter. The house was perfect for our large group. It is large and very comfortable.

Nice property !
We stayed with family during Mardi Gras. It was a great location with restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Trolley access was very close. The house was perfectly clean and in great condition. We will stay there again !

Excellent property! Good location for us because we didn’t need to be in the French Quarter. Lovely home with plenty of space and nice amenities. Our family from 3 states enjoyed being together and talking, relaxing and laughing! 5 stars for sure!

The perfect home!!
This was the perfect home for the weekend with my cousin and her family. It is in a perfect location and was the perfect size. All 9 of us fit comfortably with plenty of hang out space. This home exceeded our expectations so much so that we are already planning on making this our home base for the next trip to New Orleans

Highly Recommend
This place was wonderful very nice,clean,spacious,equipped with everything. Alex was wonderful host he allowed an early check in and later check out due to our flight being delayed. Very understanding and helpful I highly recommend this is a great place to stay!!! I will rebook once I come back to NOLA

Perfect home for large groups visiting New Orleans
Alex's place was one of the best I've ever stayed at. Everything was spotless when we arrived, check-in & out were effortless, and Alex was easy to contact. The neighborhood felt very safe, and there were a lot of cute restaurants nearby. We had a group of 10 and fit more than comfortably in Alex's place. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting New Orleans, whether it be for a short period of time, or extended. Alex's place had everything you could need. Thanks again! :)

Delayed 21st Birthday Celebration
Excellent property very close to the streetcar line for easy transportation down to the French Quarter. The owner Alex was very accommodating in rescheduling after having to postpone due to the pandemic. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful location and house!
We had 4 tiny children and 9 adults in this comfortable and perfectly located house. Alex made special arrangements from part of our group arriving early 😊� It is priceless to have restaurants within easy walking distance, and the trolley was a big hit. Thanks for a great weekend.

Perfect for our family gathering!
Our stay was back in June, but, although late, we wanted to post our review. We had the entire house (both sides) with family from all over for a wedding. It was perfect! Even when something needed attention, or we had a question, our host, Alex, replied promptly, or stopped by to make sure all was well. Lots to do in the immediate area and a short drive or streetcar ride to the French Quarter. Everything was as described. Great place, we'd stay again in a heartbeat.

Fun for Thanksgiving
We were with family for the Thanksgiving holiday. It had the perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved having the two kitchens and laundry rooms. Close enough to all the fun of the French quarter with out all the noise. Alex was a great host. Everything was very clean which is a big plus.

Perfect Place
I great place and an amazing host. All our accommodation needs were met. Even the grocery store is a short walk away so if we needed anything it was very easy to get. We were able to use the street car to get around which was super easy to use. It was a great location and very comfortable for our guests. I would most certainly book again! THANKS FOR BEING SUCH A GREAT HOST!!

Love in the Big Easy
We were in NOLA for a wedding and having all the extended family in one place was wonderful. Such a Beautiful house with plenty of room for privacy. Also enough TVs to satisfy the kids. The kitchens are magnificent and the decor is beautiful and tastefully done. We appreciated the location for shopping and taking the streetcar. We will definitely consider staying here again when we have a large family reunion. Merci.

BEAUTIFUL home with all the attention to detail. A friendly and accommodating host who was so easy to work with. Great porch for hanging out and watching the world go by in a great neighborhood. Amazing house/location/owner
Thank you, Alex, for a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and great for a large wedding group. Location was perfect for our needs and the extra touches (coffee, tea, etc) were much appreciated. We all commented on how comfortable all of the beds were as well!
