We had a wonderful time. So many things to do in the resort like atmosphere. Safe, beach views, activities, near a cute little town, in the middle of many attractions. And the apartment had everything we needed to make it feel like home.

Everythung was great! Loved the location, loved the fitness space and the apartment was great. Miguel was very attentive.

The condo was lovely, well equipped and perfect for the four of us. Loved the proximity to the beach. Would definitely recommend and we hope to return!

Kids need an adventure? Walk to the harbor, the playground, the pier, Parlor doughnuts. Everything was so accessible. The location was so clean. Property managers went above and beyond to check in and make sure we had what we needed. Will absolutely stay with this company again.

First off, the location is excellent! Easy access to the beach and walking on The Strand. Very clean and nicely appointed. Parking spot in the gated garage is nice and secure. I definitely recommend this vacation rental.

We had a wonderful time. Condo was beautiful and just as described and only a few steps from the beach. The community is very quiet. We had breakfast on the beach each morning! It was well stocked and had everything we needed. The sheets were so comfortable, I found the brand and have already ordered some for myself. Would stay here again and hope to on our next trip. A few notes: - The after hours check-in process was less than ideal. It took forever to find the guard house, the parking area, and how to get to the condo. After a 3 hour drive from LA, it was very frustrating. I think most of the blame here is on the condo community management and not the owners. The process should be rewritten with more specifics for future guests. Just labelling which stairway to use would help immensely. - The master mattress is like a marshmallow. One of us liked it and the other didn’t, just an FYI. - Would be nice if more towels were provided. - Not a comment on the condo, but the beach. It’s covered in soft rounded rocks. So not really conducive to sitting by the water. I think maybe to help slow erosion? Just an FYI.

The condos were clean, well-equipped with everything we needed for the kitchen and the beach. We will definitely be coming next year and hope to rent these condos again. Stay Coastal is great to work with. Friendly, helpful, professional, and quick to respond to any questions or needs.

Hosts were absolutely amazing to work with. We had an unavoidable change to plans on arrival date/time and they were accommodating. Property was great for me, my spouse and two teen kids. Loved proximity to beach. Did have to deal with some ants as mentioned in some prior reviews - but spray provided in condo worked well. Overall great week away to unwind!

The unit was nicely remodeled. Proximity to the beach was excellent However the ant situation was horrendous. They were everywhere inside the unit : kitchen counters & drawers; bathroom walls & showers & the bedrooms , even in the beds and in our clothing in the drawers! It was horrible … the property manager had bug spray & ant traps delivered. I bought vinegar & washed down counters & bathrooms . The cleaning crew changed our bedding but that did not stop the ants. They were coming out of our pillowcases as we slept. I was still seeing them on our last day there sadly .

The unit and complex were great. It was very secure and clean. The unit was very well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed. The unit is very near the beach which is convenient. The only downside is that there are cars and trucks that drive on the beach at night and come off the beach on the access that’s right by the unit. Sometimes it can be loud.

The condo was equipped with beach toys, chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon to roll your gear to the beach. It was a real workout rolling the cart on the sand. The local street fair is every Thursday with food, local vendors and entertainment. The Pier is appox. a 15 minute walk along with the Top Gun house which is a pie shop. Neighborhood Walmart is about a 10 minute drive for groceries. Overall, the property was great and we will be staying there again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The unit was immaculately clean. The extra items, such as boogie boards, beach wagon and beach chairs, made all the difference for our family. A different unit was rented by more family members and did not have all the extras that this unit came with. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The unit had ants in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The management company admitted to knowing about the problem saying they cannot figure out where the ants are coming from. They sent housekeeping who took the sheets off the beds and then just left a trash bag full of linens. It was not a pleasant stay due to the ants with small children. They were in the bunk beds so my kids couldn’t sleep there. If you like sleeping with ants then this is the place for you.

Nice place. We couldn’t use the deck because there was work being done to the property. Master shower didn’t work, but they took care of it right away. Nice view of beach/ocean from deck. Wish we had checked in when it was daylight. It was hard finding our unit in the dark.

Couldn't beat the location - steps from the beach and you can hear the ocean at night. Nice condo - very clean and spacious for 2 adults. Had a great time and definitely will return!

Banging hammers, air compressors and scaffolding blocking all views and access points. We accepted it and moved on. Can’t cry over spilled milk. Would be nice if office could properly inform renters. A14 - was really cozy and nice. But, please update the mattress in the bunk bed room. The mattress were very thin and old. I laid on one and I could feel the wood underneath me. 1 more thing, it would be nice if the pool were turned up a little. It was frigid and when we went to the jacuzzi instead - no lie, there were over 40 people crammed into such a small place - all trying to enjoy the water without freezing. The water temp in the pool seems good for summer, but winter, fall, and seeing should have a higher temp to accommodate guest.

Very inconvenient with 2 flights of stairs.Several things in condo didn't work including my room ceiling light. String was missing from light so it was extremely difficult to use.
