The coffee maker is broker, the doors to the washer and dryer are broke, it was not clean, the wifi was a nightmare, there were only 2 garbage bags for a 3 day stay, the toilet bowls were for kids, even short people had to go low. Overall I was not pleased the best thing was the 2 queen beds in each room.

I would highly recommend this property. Scott was so easy to communicate with, we were even able to get in early. The view is absolutely gorgeous. It is in proximity to anything that you need and the beach is right there. I will definitely be coming back.

This property was FANTASTIC!! Very clean and updated! More than enough beds! Scott was available for any questions and would answer you right away!! Even let us xheck in early because we got in early because of our flight! I will stay again, we love Myrtle Beach off season!!

Scott was always available upon our arrival with questions we had. What can I say, the condo was in a perfect location for us especially with three children 10 and under. Easy access to the elevator, pools & beach. The condo was immaculate and fully stocked, all we needed was our food & personal items as mentioned. The location kept our children & grandchildren active from morning to night. Tip, each child wore a bright orange sunscreen shirts while outside. We will certainly make this a family destination again.

Our place was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable as was the pull out sofa. Family loved the size of the patio facing the beach. Kitchen was very nicely equipped with everything we needed. The parking deck was across the street with plenty of room for all the vehicles that our family/friends came in. (5 total). The pool area was very fun.

The renovated areas of the Breakers are nicely done. Our condo.was the only unit on the 2nd floor that was rentable. There was major construction on the entire 2nd floor. We had to sweep debris daily so as not to track into the unit. The elevators were often blocked with equipment or supplies that we had to move to get to our room. While the owner did inform me of construction shortly before our dates, but our family could not all reschedule vacations so we kept our reservation. I did send an email with photos of the actual work areas as I didnt feel the extent of construction was relayed to me, and perhaps.the owner himself was unaware. I wanted the owner to be aware of the mess that could potentially be tracked through his property. I didnt teceive any response.

Condo was very nice. Loved the oceanfront view. Construction was not unbearable around us and noise typically didnt get loud until after 9 am. Family resort. Will definitely come back

The location is great. Easy to get to boardwalk and businesses. The building is undergoing a large renovation, so it was busy in the elevator area and noisy. The noise did stop at 5pm, but one day we could not stay in the condo due to a loud jack hammering sound all day. Not ideal for young ones who needed to nap. Small things in unit need to be updated. It was hard to keep the floors clean, as the broom was useless and the vacuum didn't really work. Updating the small things would enhance the place. The children"s water slide was only open one day, due to lack of staff, we were told. Owner was very responsive when texted with any question.

Condo was great. Was little confused when we pulled up due to all the construction but the workers were so polite. Beds were comfortable plenty of space we had 5 adults and 1six year old. Location is perfect right on the beach walking distance to soo many places to eat and shop. Only things I wish for is better kitchen utensils and some beach stuff like sand toys and chairs. Scott was very responsive when I called the first night about parking. Our daughter is already asking to go back.

This location was perfect. Within walking distance to places to eat, nightlife and convenience stores. The place was spacious and as advertised. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. A really nice place that had just undergone some nice renovations. Scott was very responsive. We stayed during winter months so didn’t get to enjoy the pools or ocean but the pools looked inviting and the ocean is always beautiful. My friends and I really enjoyed the stay and want to thank Scott and Christine for allowing us to stay in their wonderful place.

Our family reunion enjoyed our stay here. The view was spectacular and the inside water park was great. The central location in Myrtle Beach was enjoyable. We would stay there again.

Great location - access to the Breakers lazy river, hot tubs and pools. It was cool this week so perfect after the kids were at the beach to warm them up a bit!! I would have liked an information folder or something in the condo but the host was great with answering questions I just hated that I felt like I was always bugging him!! We didn’t walk to the boardwalk since the family wanted to beach and swim but it is maybe 1/2 mile walk down to it. Great walk to the beach and a beautiful view! Would stay again!

Wonderful location, great amenities and great pools. We stayed a five day weekend with our kids and grandkids and we loved the second floor location, overlooking the pools and near the elevator. The beds were comfortable, the house well stocked. I would highly recommend this condo.

We recently stayed at this property for a family vacation. The property fit my family perfectly and the location was prime! The access to the four breaker properties amenities was great! The easy access to the beach was amazing! The owner was great with communication. All in all it was a great trip.

We loved staying at this property. Close to the beach. Yummy restaurants close by and the friendliest concierge staff especially a shout out to “David Love!”

We loved the pools and the beech. It’s a great location for just about everything. We stayed Saturday to Saturday. So the tail end of bike week when got there and then Thursday started another bike week. The road in-front gets blocked off and you can walk someplace faster than taking a vehicle, and the noise of people and bikes reving their engines until 4AM wasn’t the best.

This condo is perfect for a family vacation, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. My oldest daughter got married on the beach May 7th, 2022. She had a room for her and her two girls, while soon to be husband stayed at a different hotel. My other daughter the bridesmaid, which had her baby 2 weeks early came down, baby was 4 days old plenty of room for her, husband and baby #worldsyoungestweddingcrasher. Then of course room for me and my husband. I love this condo, we have stayed here before. I never have to worry, it is always clean, always well stocked with plenty of towels and any kitchen appliance and utensil you may need during your stay. It is the end unit and on the second floor. It is quite, and has great views. Mr Phillips usually responds quickly if you should have any questions. Hope to stay here again!!

The Breakers Resort is at an ideal location, oceanfront, close proximity to a lot of attractions. Lots of renovations during our stay since it was April. The unit itself is nice, conveniently located on the second floor, easy access to the elevator, pool and beach area. My main issue was the cleanliness of the unit, we arrived and it smelled fishy, we had to open the doors and buy a candle to get rid of the smell. The floors seemed like it was not vacuumed, it had sand everywhere. Overall the unit is outdated, the master bath tub and walls had mold, same with the shower curtain. The linens being provided was a nice feature but again needs some newer ones since these were all pilling to the point we thought the beds had sand all over them. The heat pump stopped working while we were there but we were absolutely amazed at the quick response of the owner and was fixed within 2 hours of us calling. This unit had everything we needed to have a nice spring break.

This was our second time staying at Breakers. The rooms are nice for families, not necessarily fancy. The kitchens have everything you would need. There is a lot for kids to do, the water slides, pool, lazy rivers. Our kids love it there. It’s a nice walk down to the Ferris wheel & attractions. It’s a close walk to Harry’s, our favorite breakfast spot. We had a hard time getting hot water one night, we called the host after 9pm & he answered & was very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

The other reviews are accurate. Pros: - great location on the beach, walking distance to lots of fun and interesting sights. Driving distance to lots of sights and stores too. - condo was large. Lots of pots, pans, dishes, Keurig coffee machine! - pool was heated and lots of fun at the water park. - communication with owner very friendly, easy and fast response Cons: - resort and unit could use updating. Wallpaper peeling, lightbulbs out, bath tub wouldn’t drain - internet not reliable - construction on the building next door meant that we were woken up with hammering, saws, crews talking to each other, etc. everyday at 7:15 am and the construction dust and noise made it impossible to enjoy the views from the balcony - unit is right over the pool area so it can noisy until 11:00pm

Had an enjoyable stay. The communication was spot on from the beginning. The unit was great! We’ll be back in the future! Thank you Scott for being such a great host!

If you're looking for a place to stay, that's right on the beach, with lots of activities within walking distance, then this is the place for you. Our youngest loved the pools, and all of us loved being right on the Ocean. Scott responded quickly when I asked where the outdoor basketball courts were, and there were multiple options close by. We walked to minigolf, and restaurants, and stores, which was great.
